One reason for RS is because of the SEC not cooperating with traders that want to buy the stock at small prices.

If Johnny would not have exercised on the RS in the past, the float would be now 272.5 billion. What I am talking about is that zeroes shouldn't matter in the stopping of retail traders buying at .0001 and no lower.

Retail traders should be able to bid sit at .000000001 in case someone sells everything to them with a market order.
