Very nice. I think playing some OTC can be like going fishing.
What I like about OTTV is the learning experience and thankfulness for the last pump in 2017 when Johnny put out a PR about the marketing blitz starting on Thanksgiving Day. This was hyped up first by Johnny Tweeting that Luis Guzman was going to be doing nationally televised commercials for Viva. There was never a Tweet showing the commercial and nothing to be found regarding marketing at all on Thanksgiving Day. The next company communication was to say "these things take time"
Also, the April of 2017 PR that Viva middleware was patent pending was bogus as verified by no patent pending approvals or denials on USPTO.GOV
Can anybody else go and partner with Tikilive and pay to put the logo on the app? Yes
Can anybody else get a patent on it afterwards? Haha.
OTTV is in my top 10 list of least amount of money to ever lose on a ticker and top list ever of pipe dream loss despite watching a millionaire DVD that says to not trust any of these OTC at all, period, no matter how compelling the story.
None of this matters especially now because after 5 years Johnny is 100% good to go.
I also am a slow learner that OTC companies say whatever they want and at the furthest extreme there could be a civil penalty they can afford.
While we all know dilution is a requirement for funding a company, let us never forget that anybody since antiquity that gets their hands on money likes money.
I made a good double up on another OTC ticker because they received a very nice loan that was on good terms for repayment but would convert to shares if not repaid by a certain date. For some reason the company decided to convert the loan to shares months later to get free money and I was gone despite the awesome story that didn't work out despite all the hard work.
Probably my biggest reason for other OTC losses is falling for the "big bid support" scam.
Imo, what interested OTTV watchers can do is either watch it for some momentum based activity based on the company communications or not mess with it at all.
I think Johnny has something planned for this year but like better opportunities.
Also, I like OTTV because seeing that it is fiction it helps to stay in line everywhere else by having discussions about Viva.
