Yups! CEO drove a stake through its heart!
Never, never, ever ignore SEC notices, etc.

Doing so, never ends well! Traders did well
but others stayed & watched the door slam.

Wonder what time limit is for shareholders
to do a Class Action on this SEC violator?

I could care less...but those impacted may
