Thank gawd, SEC did its job. VIBI's dead.
"get the money?" That is called a tax loss.

OTC is always a gamble, especially with
chronic non-compliants like VIBI. Too bad.

December is coming. No gifts from VIBI,
only coal (tax loss) in holders' stockings.
