Makes perfect sense. Sell 20% of one's holdings to fund a flight and hotel to visit a shared workspace in what looks like one of the tallest buildings in Tel Aviv.
Could sell the rest of one's holdings to buy a tiny AARP ad
Smart companies use shared workspaces, especially if the team travels often or works in the lab, hospitals, research centers or remote.
Not so smart companies are sitting with empty buildings paying HUGE mortgages
Scam companies have a virtual office address
TODOS MEDICAL LTD.
121 Derech Menachem Begin, Tel Aviv, 6701203 Israel
(Address of principal executive offices and Zip Code)
So if you have 10,000$$ dollars in 1 stock--you go and visit the headquarters. Both in NYC and Israel??
Because 10,000$$ would be 10 million shares--is that correct?? That is millions and millions of shares or so it seems??
I just find it hard to believe that every stock that someone has invested 10,000$$ dollars in they should be talking to the CEO and board members and visiting those facilities. Maybe I misunderstood?? Know some folks that need to take a lot of site visits
Guess that will need more Tollo VID for travel thru airports and sitting on airplanes
Regardless....
Interesting take.
"But Todos has millions in revenue (from last filings), years of SEC filings, clinical trials, real assets to be developed and brought to market, employees, a website with great detail on their products, testing, safety profile, etc., and partnerships with reputable companies. They have published studies and data in the biotech and medical communities. Sure, they're a small company with financial issues of many small companies, trying to grow into a larger company, pursuing multiple avenues to get there."
1) But if it were worth anything don't you think it would've been scoooped up by a big player?
I do.
2) Never got an EUA
3) Mobile testing flunked out.
4) Tollovir went nowhere after phase II
5) Influencers are useless
6) Flag football flopped
7) Stopped filing. Now pink limited
8) website still says 50 million in Botanical revenue in 2023. Yet I don't think 1 machine is up and running yet.
9) SP has gone from 10 cents to .0010 in 18 months
10 ) Dilution at 2.3 BILLION and climbing fast
Not looking good despite all the points you mention.
All in my opinion
Anyway, longs should be happy that I am leaving Monday for 2 weeks.
Newbies please read prior posts.
Be very wary here.
Expect to see .0005 to .0008 upon my return.
Should be right!
Could be wrong.
Time will tell.
All in my opinion.
You raise some good points.
But if I were CEO of a penny stock I would NEVER set up my corporate office in a building such as 40 Wall Steet.
Re-read the Bloomberg article about that building.
That building has a very bad reputation and history with scams and scam artists.
Not accusing Todos of any of that. Not accusing Todos of anything.
I have no idea what they have in that building. Nor do I care.
But if I owned millions upon millions of shares, you can bet your bottom dollar I would visit there. Especially after reading that article.
With all the buildings in Manhattan, why setup your office in a building that can make possible investors hesitant?
It makes no sense.
But you longs do whatever you want.
Again your money to invest.
Your money to lose.
I hope this puts this topic to bed.
ALL IN MY OPINION
If I was looking at a penny stock such as MONI, having no products, no revenues, no management structure, no BOD, an interim/temp CEO, nothing but hype via Twitter tweets about products and acquisitions that never materialize even after it is reported the acquisitions were complete, I might consider your point. Nothing but hype. Yet several posting here think it is a great investment opportunity.
But Todos has millions in revenue (from last filings), years of SEC filings, clinical trials, real assets to be developed and brought to market, employees, a website with great detail on their products, testing, safety profile, etc., and partnerships with reputable companies. They have published studies and data in the biotech and medical communities. Sure, they're a small company with financial issues of many small companies, trying to grow into a larger company, pursuing multiple avenues to get there. I've actually purchased and used a product they manufacture and sell. One may question the leadership, but the company and their products and research are legitimate. How can they not be?
So if Todos is a scam like the friend's penny stock you mentioned, I don't see all of the second paragraph above occurring. It would seem orders of magnitude more likely a company operating per the first paragraph would be the scam.
Many years ago a friend asked me to visit a warehouse that a penny stock company said they owned.
I lived around 15 minutes away.
Turned out to be an abandoned building.
He never invested.
All I am saying is that if I owned as many shares as others here professed to own, I would visit the corporate office. But that is me. Do what you want.
Maybe GC would be there?
Maybe someone from BOD?
Maybe I could get answers to some of my questions?
Maybe it would give me second thoughts about my investment?
Who Knows?
If you don't want to go, then don't.
It's your money to invest.
And your money to lose.
Again. No animosity.
All in my opinion.
Some companies on the OTC don't even have an office in comparison. They have a virtual address used by 100's of other companies.
If a shareholder did go to NY, then it would be...
Why didn't you go to corporate offices in Israel?
If a shareholder did go to Israel, then it would be...
Why didn't you go to Provista labs in Alpharetta, GA?
If a shareholder did go to Alpharetta, GA, then it would be...
Why didn't you go to Todos Botanicals in Cleburn, TX?
Thank you. My predicting is extraordinary.
I hold no animosity toward anyone.
If the longs here present what they feel are reasons to invest or why they are confident in their investment, why can't I present reasons to avoid?
Yet, you interpret my posts as animosity.
I post here to try and give a realistic picture of what I see here.
Having been an investor, and accepting my losses like an adult, I feel my opinions are invaluable to any newbies or those who are on the fence. ( I have been thanked in private messages)
Sorry that my opinions are in opposition to yours.
The fact is I have been consistently correct the last year. The longs consistently wrong.
Maybe the longs will have their day. I truly doubt it.
I hope the newbies take my correctness into consideration when deciding what to do here.
In My opinion
Just looked 18.6 million more so far today.
I guess DILUTION IS THE SOLUTION
Again in my opinion
I know the company is legit, as I have purchased and used their Tollovid product, and I'm confident the DD myself and others here have done on Dr. Arad and her prior and current research is legit. I don't need to travel to NYC to check out the offices.
I don't care if you sold. Everyone should do their own DD and act according to their outlook. But why the animosity towards those who accumulated a lot of shares and still have belief something will come from this company? That's what I don't understand. We're not encouraging others to buy shares. We're just explaining our actions and reasons. If someone decides to follow my lead and buy their own shares, that's on their head, not mine. So many people today won't take responsibility for their own decisions... always someone else's fault they lose money or invest too much. I've invested what I'm comfortable losing. If that is more than another investor is comfortable losing, why does that matter? Smacks of jealousy. Some here have a lot more invested than I do. Good or bad for them. Doesn't affect me at all. It's their decision and their own comfort zone. I don't think any of the big Todos shareholders posting here have invested every penny they have, so their losses are not likely to cause them to post here for a decade trashing the Todos CEO.
Not everything works out in the time frame created by short-term trader outlooks or short attention spans. Maybe you will be proven right, maybe not. But I wouldn't start patting myself on the back just yet. Lots going on behind the scenes. I am very confident of that.
I've called it correct from 1.2 cents all the way down to .0010
1.1
1.0
.009
.008
.007
.006
.005
.004
.003
.002
.001
Now it is a little hung up getting to .0005 and you question my predictions?
I am just soooo glad I sold at 1.2 cents.
It will be .0005 soon.
Followed by 1/500 R/S
GC needs cash. What is going to happen here is very clear to those of us not drinking the koolaid.
All in my opinion.
If I invested hundreds of thousands of $$$$, I would ensure the company is legit. Hey but that's me. You guys can just keep thowing you $$$$ down the toilet.
They post corporate offices in Israel and NY on every press release,.
If they are boasting of it, I would go see it if I were long.
But then again, I wouldn't expect this turd to have more than a desk, 5 paper clips and a rubber band.
All my opinion.
Just an observation... if JFB or anyone else here had visited the Todos corporate office in NYC, why would they report on it here?
A tiny office would get attacked for being a joke. A larger office would get attacked for wasting money and resources by a company that is having funding issues. No way to win. But it is funny to see opinions on what someone should be doing IF they owned millions of shares. LOL
That's my read also. Glad I loaded up more down here.
A noteholder, and we all know who, is covering and accumulating. Clear as day. That noteholder is also holding this above .0009. That noteholder knows the "point of no return". They have found the sweet spot to cover cheap, accumulate cheap and not let sink past the point of no return until the news they know is coming breaks. A lot of the bears are in bed with this noteholder and are constantly bashing to keep the SP in this noteholder "sweet spot" of .0009 - .0011.
And then there was one. Giddy da Buck Up
Pardes may want to consider using some of that cash to partner with a 3CL protease inhibitor that works
Pardes Biosciences Seeking Strategic Alternatives - May 17, 2023
Pardes’ Pipeline Lost Appeal
I use e-trade. Large transactions there is no fee.
Wow no fees! Maybe you can get a doughnut with your coffee!
VCF's accuracy is "right on" and right here in the TA Chart
its only a a matter of time given the reality of TOMDF's 10-Bil. OS, 2.3-Bil. AS, massive car wreck of a 1:500 RS looming, and their catostrophic burn rate of a min. $5-Mil./qtr. and 9 horsies that product little to no revenue but cost a fortune to maintain at the Todos stable.
anyone who bought anywhere above where this shite is trading - has lost - and lost bigley...!
anyone say anything to the contrary is suffering from being a Gerald loving lap dog and back office promo shill & tout
this ain't no Pulp Fiction Hollywood rerun - this is reality...!
MOO pudding
What happened to Todos at 0.0005 by end of week? No longer looking cloudy enough for that prediction, so it drops? Perhaps update it to "by end of the month"?
And then "end of next month"?
90% accuracy claim looking in doubt. Just my opinion.
Les,
The shares are totally worthless.
Just like Todos products, intellectual property, testing, and botanicals.
One thing is for sure.
GC is diluting the hell out of this turd to try and get a few more $$$ out of it. But even he is going to get tired of it.
That's why the R/S is inevitable. It'll get 1/500 R/S very soon. Then GC can dilute at a much larger share price.
I still predict.
Approximately 2.5 BILLION on the OS
Then the R/S hammer drops.
ALL in my opinion.
The broker fee crowd is the covid is like the flu or bad cold sniffles crowd. The fake gromwell crowd.Sorta behind the times maybe the AOL folks?? Or Sony Beta?? Maybe the catch covid herd immunity stuff??
Save the $$ so you can buy that cup or some stock. Maybe dont get coffee and buy some Tollo VID. Its not cheap--hoping for a Mem Day Sale or summin (July 4th??) but if they are sold out then might not be incentive to reduce price. Nice bonus for shareholders --get a $$ discount on a bottle. !!!
Anyone still paying broker fees is working with the wrong broker. I haven't ever paid a broker fee with Fidelity, even for trades of penny stocks like Todos. Nor have I paid any fees on non-Fidelity mutual funds that have a front-end load. They are waived buying through Fidelity. No account fees either, on any of my accounts. They also give me Turbotax Premier for free every year.
Vc just to put in perspective you would have to sell 4950 shares just to buy a starbucks coffee.
Can't imagine how many shares you would have to sell to get any food with that. Oh and that doesn't include broker fees. LOL! what a freekin joke this company is.
Where is the 10Q ????
Must be time to buy more shares. Maybe I can use my coffee money.
Almost 10 million traded today.
Choo Choo!! The dilution train just keeps chugging along.
In my opinion
yeppers this virus is vicious--just can attack so many different ways
The bad part of the treatments that need to get into brain is the blood brain barrier stuff. Not all meds can get thru and do their job. Hopefully the LC brain "fog" can be eliminated with the viral eradication approach and then somebody getting a microclot buster
The testing for the micro clots will be $$$ and the Rx will be $$$$$$$$
We can hope it might be something simple like a prescription Bromelain or ???
I think Drs are "starting" to realize that viral eradication needs to be done every time. Just to get a clean slate so ANY other treatment can be fully effective
Take 1 minute to watch this video--this is follow up to yesterdays Pretorius/Putrino microclots breakthrough !!!!
Yesterday--Putrino Labs/David Putrino--" ALL of the Long COVID patients Putrino has tested have had microclots and hyperactivated platelets, which is something he doesn't commonly see in people who have never had COVID or who have fully recovered.

The confusion between n TolloVID and TolloVIR may be do to ‘Brain Fog’
Some people with Long CoVID even confusing call it Long CoVIR, CoRIV, etc. to their many doctors because of this ‘Brain Fog’ which is really brain damage where everything comes out as a word salad. Memory is also impacted from recent studies.

Millions of people have long COVID brain fog — and there's a shortage of answers
May 10, 2023
Oh paleese Tollovir Tollovid is all fake Chinese gromwell root crap
OTC Tollovid has "supposedly" been depleted on Amazon for "sketchy" reasons
while Tollovir has no chance at EAU whatsoever - never did - never will
Gerald is "right on" with his non-stop serial diluting - via death spiral conversions...
and sucking TOMDF shareholders dry on a preposterous OTC TINCTURE that can't even get EAU and does not cure COVID
Gerald says so right here:
he also says no Greek or Israeli EAU as he once promised here:
https://www.globenewswire.com/en/news-release/2023/02/23/2614554/0/en/Todos-Medical-Provides-Corporate-Update.html
Great information.
But all the covid news on the planet will never translate to $$$$ for Todos.
If Tollovid/Tollovir were worth anything it would have been scooped up.
Even big pharma knows that this company, and their products and research are garbage.
TOTALLY WORTHLESS. That's why the share price has gone from over 10 cents to .0010 in eighteen months.
Any newbies looking here. Take my advice and move on. (AS FAST AS YOU CAN)
Pink sheet- non reporting turd here.
All In my opinion
PS. Haven't heard a peep. Anyone ever been to the Corporate NYC office?
Mr Greese--this just came out today--so cant be 2 years old
https://www.npr.org/2023/05/10/1175217130/long-covid-scientists-try-to-unravel-blood-clot-mystery
Ms Pretorius is prob the KOL in microclots--covid blood
Unless others have stepped up and $$$--as far as I know--her lab and 1 in Germany are the only 1s in world that can actually test for micro clots (flow cytometer, which uses lasers to analyze individual cells)
But a couple quotes about what you said is exactly what is happening:
many Long COVID patients see doctors who don't believe the full extent of their symptoms, even if they test patients' blood. Which means that when patients go to clinicians, they do the standard pathology workup, blood workup and they say 'Sorry, you don't have anything, there's nothing wrong with you because all your blood tests are normal
So the Drs aren't testing right so they are not treating right
But if you can get blood tested in a $$ machine
the microclots they are seeing, in addition to hyperactivated platelets, "can really mess with your body's ability to function." The next step is to find a way to make a mainstream test for it./i]
All of the Long COVID patients Putrino has tested have had microclots and hyperactivated platelets, which is something he doesn't commonly see in people who have never had COVID or who have fully recovered.
Wow.
With all that money invested you have never visited the US corporate offices?
Just wondering?
SP prediction
.0005 by Memorial Day.
IN MY OPINION
NYU trained doctors.
Great University.
Great doctors.
They are employed everywhere.
.0005 by Memorial Day
In my Opinion
BTW. Johns Hopkins is located in Maryland
I will stick with my doctors.
The ones educated and working at Johns Hopkins, NYU
That was your posted??
Dunno how a doctor working at NYU is not New York but if you say so
NYC is my area?
I wouldn't live there if you paid me.
But if I were still a shareholder and did live there, the first thing I would do would be to head to 40 Wall Street to sit down with the Todos personnel in that corporate office they have there.
Anyone ever been there?
How many people are employed there?
Is it a luxurious setup?
I know if I owned millions of shares, like some here constantly proclaim, I would certainly have visited the US corporate office to see the setup and pick the brains of the employees there.
In My Opinion.
From a lot of what I've read both on Twitter and from dozens of medical articles posted there, the problem with most doctors is that when a patient comes to them for help, they try to use traditional methods to treat the various symptoms. In some cases, this makes matters much worse if the symptoms are driven by the Covid virus, such as recommendations to increase exercise. This often has disastrous consequences for the patient and further weakens an already suppressed immune system (3CL suppression).
The medical community is just now starting to understand that symptoms resulting from Long Covid aren't going to be treated effectively using traditional methods, because the underlying cause isn't being addressed. Gerald is right on this and has been for a long time, that therapeutics and therapies focused on each patient is what's going to work long term.
Twitter is full of thousands of people who tried the traditional doctor/specialist approach recommended by some here and it failed to resolve their issues. Again, that's because medicine is behind in their knowledge in this area of medicine and many people are emptying their bank accounts paying for medical advice and treatments that simply don't work for their conditions.
I believe Todos will be an important part of the overall solution. I look forward to therapies resulting from the data they've collected with their partnership with Amerimmune.
Here are a couple of GREAT doctors. They both understand the difference in viral persistence and viral replication. There are a lot of doctors that dont know the difference with covid virus. And there are other doctors boxed in by the medical "complex" (health system) they work for so have to "go by their book"
Dr Leo Galland--you can read--he got a Linus Pauling award. Graduated Harvard.Thats impressive. He uses TolloVID to fight viral replication--even has a guidebook for Long Covid--found here--http://drgalland.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/LONG-COVID-PREVENTION-AND-TREATMENT-FINAL1.pdf.
His discussion on Tollovid is page 11 and page 17-18. Is in the NYC area. Sounds like your area--same as others posting here???
And also Dr Hanaway--he gives info in a podcast. But there is a transcript if needed??.
https://www.drkarafitzgerald.com/2023/04/15/addressing-long-covid-data-driven-learning-model-for-practitioners-and-patients/
first working with this 3CL protease inhibitor, Tollovid, developed out of Israel and something that we looked at and we said, “Well, can we use some other antiviral? Would that work?” But we continue to find in our beta testing that this is a critical tool for people, and it seems to be acting in twofold. One, around those where there is a viral persistence, but it also seems to be helping with the viral reactivation of the herpetic viruses like Epstein Barr. People are feeling better with it. And if you had COVID for less than a year, we give it for 10 days. If you had it for more than a year, we’re giving it for 20 days.
Did you hear--did you read--TOLLO VID is also helping some people with Epstein Barr. Isn't that incredible?? What if it is you--or someone in your family--that is getting relief from EBV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So if you took time to read ??
But anyway that link here-- https://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2023/05/02/1172806898/why-viral-reservoirs-are-a-prime-suspect-for-long-covid-sleuths
Check the date--please
It is 10 MAY 2023--so how could that be posted for months or years earlier??
As far as big pharm--you seem to have a much better understanding of CEOs and corp insight. I don't know why no big pharm cares that over 1 million people in the USA alone have covid deaths. Believe it is over 7 million worldwide. Maybe they don't care?? Maybe they believe vaxx only is only way out?? But here in US--still over 1000/week. I find that sad--you find what you want. But for some reason there is no answer or there would be no covid deaths--CORRECT??
You may do what you wish with your life.
I will stick with my doctors.
The ones educated and working at Johns Hopkins, NYU, Cleveland Clinic etc etc.
Not a certain individual, twice failed CEO, serial diluter.
I wouldn't believe a word from his mouth, about his plans, products, or companies.
In my opinion.
Will we see .0005 by week's end?
Some people never realize--the BEST INVESTMENT they will EVER make
Is in themselves--getting a good education--staying healthy
Being sick will eat up a lot of $$--lost wages--then savings. Thats the $$ toll. The physical toll--the emotional toll is beyond the $$
See the connection??--TOLL
Tollovid--for a healthy immune system. 3CL Pro Inhibitors are the only effective covid treatment
Protect your best investment. Then you dont have to post pictures of movie stars and CEOs. Stay healthy. Mentally Physically Emotionally.
TolloVID will help you stay in the game--the most important--L I F E
Glad you are invested in Todos. Medical news may/may not effect share price?? But if you have much understanding--medical news might/can save your life
I.E.--you get sick and it might be the flu--maybe bad allergy maybe mild covid
you wait around because you always kick the flu--no problem
then it doesn't "kick"--don't have to work over the wknd, stay in bed, will be good to go MON morn. But you are not--can get to Dr on Tues, get tested and have covid. Now it is over 5 days since symptoms so even if your Dr want to give Paxlovid--its beyond the window. Maybe you avoid that by being aware of Paxlovid and limitations. Maybe you avoid that by gettting tested ASAP. Maybe you avoid that by great immune system. Maybe you don't avoid--but you get "better". Maybe you don't avoid and get well but in the meantime you exposed/ infected others??
That being aware of medical news did zero for any stock price. But it could have a lot more $$ effect
Great Info.
BUT This is INVESTORS HUB, not a medical website
Sadly the news will never increase share price of this dog.
in my opinion
SHOUTOUT--to a LOT of the posters and readers here
WE (yes me too) have been PROVEN correct once again--new article in LANCET (10 MAY 2023)
27 consecutive patients who ostensibly recovered from COVID-19 but whose clinical condition progressively worsened despite testing negative for nasopharyngeal swabs or bronchoalveolar lavage samples.
These results suggest that the SARS-CoV-2 virus had not been completely cleared from these patients
researchers in Spain showed that SARS-CoV-2 was still present in surgically resected intestinal specimens 6 months after COVID-19
rehabilitation, despite negative nasopharyngeal PCR results
researchers in the USA and Austria found that viral RNA persisted in the stool of COVID-19 patients 7 months after diagnosis, which
might imply that the gut of individuals with long COVID is a persistent viral reservoir
https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanres/article/PIIS2213-2600(23)00142-X/fulltext
Did you catch the MANY references to Paxlovid and the many trials worldwide --and WHY??? (there are 5 pages worth in supplement link/box)
the persistence of SARS-CoV-2 virus that triggers a dysregulation of the immune system,
followed by increased release of inflammatory cytokines and abnormal endothelial damage, ultimately leading to the development of chronic inflammation, vascular damage, hypercoagulability, microthrombosis, and multiorgan symptoms
Paxlovid--a great 3CL Protease Inhibitor--sadly it has a LOT of DDI--can only be Rx for 5 days, thus a LOT of rebound
Not everyone can get a Rx--its not always available--but we know it works. 3CL Protease Inhibitors !!!
Todos has a good one--actually great for OTC product--called Tollo VID
Don't have to have a Dr Rx--don't have to get in a trial and "maybe" get treated like Shionogi
Stay in the game
JPetro,
This thing will never change as long as people don't wise up to the truth and keep drinking GC's koolaid.
That, along with some occasional news releases, to entice other gullible people is what allows this turd to survive.
And makes some people very rich. (and I don't mean shareholders)
All in my opinion.
Back fom vacation.
See the bid is down to .0009 and another 65 MILLION shares diluted.
GC cannot be happy. He diluted another 65 million shares but that only nets him $65,000.
So here's what my crystal ball is showing.
SP soon drops to .0005
OS around 2.5 BILLION.
Then the 1/500 R/S
Now there's only 5 million OS at a SP of .25
That will make GC happy. He is prob lining up some crazy news releases to occur simultaneously. (like vending machines in hookah lounges lol)
Of course he can't dilute 65 million but suppose he dilutes 6% as much. that's 3.9 million shares.
Between all the koolaid drinkers who state they always buy , and some new earth shattering press releases, he can prob dilute that much.
3.9 million shares at .25 nets GC just under a cool million $$$$.
The company is broke. Lawsuits for not paying employees. No financials out, prob because there is little revenue. Getting to the point he can't resist. The R/S is coming!!
Sell now before the carnage begins.
ALL IN MY OPINION, OF COURSE
So as states stop reporting and change covid data and what is reported --there are few places tracking data. 1 that still is--that is posted here 3 or 4 times a month is BNO Newsfeed
BNO News @BNOFeed·1h

As BNO stated on 12 MAY
