But Todos has millions in revenue (from last filings), years of SEC filings, clinical trials, real assets to be developed and brought to market, employees, a website with great detail on their products, testing, safety profile, etc., and partnerships with reputable companies. They have published studies and data in the biotech and medical communities. Sure, they're a small company with financial issues of many small companies, trying to grow into a larger company, pursuing multiple avenues to get there. I've actually purchased and used a product they manufacture and sell. One may question the leadership, but the company and their products and research are legitimate. How can they not be?
So if Todos is a scam like the friend's penny stock you mentioned, I don't see all of the second paragraph above occurring. It would seem orders of magnitude more likely a company operating per the first paragraph would be the scam.
