Why would anyone want a shell on the grey sheets? It's cheaper and easier and most importantly, faster to buy a clean shell

if someone ever did have a plan to build a new business with this corporation, there'd be a reverse-split and more dilution which blows current shareholders into even smaller smithereens. Your $0.0001 shares would become $0.000001 shares.

Well stated. Unless they can make significant progress in the near future while being reflected in the PPS, the best alternative would be another company coming in and buying it out.

Another company can come in and scoop it up if they want. It is extremely cheaper than going public and IPO'ing with a new ticker. MJMJ is a nice MJ ticker symbol. It would be nice if they did sell it to someone who will make something of it.

I don't mind an MJ company run by a guy who went to jail for selling MJ.

I do mind a Hotel company run by an ex-penny stock lawyer who was found guilty of fraud and disbarred because of it.

I really hope you didn't buy this stock after the front page got the giant alert warning investors that the CEO was indeed a fraudster.

Actually I made good money on CBGI. The CEO had been to jail a few times for MJ. I do think he is still around working. Not mentioning his name cause could bite me in the butt to do so

There's also the issue of the CEO being convicted of fraud and disbarred from being a lawyer.

There's also the issue of the company's dismal business performance.

Lots of reasons to avoid this stock and no upside, even for someone who wants to be in on the pot boom.

The funny thing is this is not and never was a marijuana company.

It is (was) a hotel company, with a marketing gimmick.

The irony is that incoming legalization REDUCED the value of that marketing gimmick.

I can understand throwing away $300 on a flier, I've probably spent that much on lottery tickets in my life.

Because when I buy these really cheap companies I buy what I am willing to lose. Either hit them or lose the investment. I actually got this when a TDA broker was trying to sell me a bigger stock, told him I was doing mj stocks now and he said he has one. Took a while but I pried the name out of him. So I have 3 mill shares for 300 bucks and just sitting on it. I did the same with MCOA. one day it jumped up and I made $20,000. Many of them I just lose the few hundred invested
