Kind of like investing in a taxicab right before Uber gets licensed in your city.

There's also the issue of the CEO being convicted of fraud and disbarred from being a lawyer.

There's also the issue of the company's dismal business performance.

Lots of reasons to avoid this stock and no upside, even for someone who wants to be in on the pot boom.
