Who is "they"? 99% of the stock is owned by suckers who bought while it was being diluted

Why would anyone want a shell on the grey sheets? It's cheaper and easier and most importantly, faster to buy a clean shell

if someone ever did have a plan to build a new business with this corporation, there'd be a reverse-split and more dilution which blows current shareholders into even smaller smithereens. Your $0.0001 shares would become $0.000001 shares.

Can they sell the shell?
