This is very interesting . First of all ... we already know that a large proportion of " Penny Stock Companies " file financials late and some not at all . Their not run like over the counter stocks and not regulated the same . And the fact is ( penny stocks are capable of fantastic price swings ) seldom seen within the world of heavily regulated over the counters . The land of penny's is a special place . Anyone can afford to jump in ... not so with many over the counter stocks . Try buying a single share of Berkshire Hathaway , Then explore the would of penny's and see how easily you can trade with " beer money - pocket change or simply the amount you would normally spend on going out to dinner in a month " .
