IF (and it's a big IF) I get control of $CUBV, there will be a reverse split. This is necessary to eliminate the billions of shares issued to bad actors. The only reason I would seek control of $CUBV is to sue Kaplunovsky for malpractice.

To be clear, it is my intention to petition $CUBV into bankruptcy. In BK court, I will ask for control of $CUBV for the singular reason of suing Eliyahu Kaplunovski for malpractice. If BK the company is not likely to survive. I have no intention of saving it.

So $CUBV does not even show up to the hearing for their chance to argue against the tentative ruling, so the judgment is final. We are preparing a motion for attorney's fees and costs which will also be a slam dunk.

4) A state bar complaint against attorney Kaplunovski for permitting use of his name by Morgan. Morgan provably represented $CUBV, as evident by his complaint lack of knowledge of civil procedure.
5) Once I get control of $CUBV, it will sue Mr. Kaplunovsky for malpractice.

Starting in 2014 to a few years later I accumulated 8 million shares of GRDO. Held them for some 3 years or so and NOTHING HAPPENED and the pps tanked to .0001/No Bid. I had enough and sold them all. That was about a YEAR before George Sharp became the new CEO and changed the name to Forwardly with the new ticker symbol of FORW.
