The GS "plans" for CUBV?

Here's what's next for $CUBV.
1) A motion for attorney's fees and cost which I will surely win.
2) Assuming that $CUBV has not paid off its creditors by then (yes, there are others), a bankruptcy petition.
3) A motion in Nevada court to give me control of $CUBV.

IF (and it's a big IF) I get control of $CUBV, there will be a reverse split. This is necessary to eliminate the billions of shares issued to bad actors. The only reason I would seek control of $CUBV is to sue Kaplunovsky for malpractice.

To be clear, it is my intention to petition $CUBV into bankruptcy. In BK court, I will ask for control of $CUBV for the singular reason of suing Eliyahu Kaplunovski for malpractice. If BK the company is not likely to survive. I have no intention of saving it.

Do I feel sorry for the $CUBV shareholders? I do not. Y'all knew I was coming after the company and you bought into the obvious and countless lies of George Morgan. With my reputation, you should have known better.
