THANKS IN ADVANCE
It's the only one that comes close
I had a hunch this was it, but didn't want to take the chance in slapping since the O/S is 50 shares off and the authorized preferred shares were off by 5 million.
I'll be damned if this really is the shell. 200k worth of share volume thinks so though. Last thin shell that hasn't been pumped yet too.

RONNIED NEW ON THIS SITE, MY EMAIL IS mckinzie3@comcast.net THERE IS ALSO INTEREST FROM THE MIDDLE EAST ON AIRSCOOTER THE STOCK IS SO LOW CONTOLING INTEREST COULD BE PRUCHASED AND THE AIRSCOOTER MOVED OUT OF USA, THEN MANF. BECOMES A LOT EASIER.
WITH LESS REG. AND MORE MARKET. AIRSCOOTER COULD HAVE EASLIY RAISE A THE MONEY THEY WANTED BY TAKING DESPOIST ON THE MACHINE WITH CONTRACTS AND ESROWING THE MONEY THEN BORROWED AGAINST THOSE CONTRACTS. MACK
wow. if you can PM me the details Friday 4-5pm or your email i will write.
this does not surprise me !
It takes funding to reach production not to mention have all legal angles covered.
ASCO - BACK on radar
I HAVE HEARD THAT A LARGE COMPANY MAY BE LOOKING AT AIRSCOOTER, THAT IS DEFENSE RELATED. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THEY WOULD BRING THE AIRSCOOTER ITSELF TO THE MARKET. HARD TO UNDERSTAND WHY MANAGEMENT HAS FAILED TO KEEP IT ON TRACK. THERE WAS SO MUCH INTEREST IN THE AIRSCOOTER. WHAT CAN YOU SAY BUT A BUNCH OF DUMBIES RUNNING TO THE SHOW.
AeroTwin Reports On Sport Aircraft Engine
American, Australian and New Zealand Customers Propel Enhancements
LAS VEGAS, Apr 20, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- AirScooter Corporation's (Pink Sheets:ASCO) wholly owned subsidiary AeroTwin Motors reported today on its line of AeroTwin(r) sport aircraft engines. AeroTwin's patented two cylinder four-stroke performance is available in two models, the AT972T (turbo version) and the AT972 (standard - natural aspirated), covering a wide range of sport aircraft, powered parachute and hovercraft applications.
Feedback from a growing number of American, Australian and New Zealand customers have sparked recent engine and accessory enhancements including:
* A new proprietary compact, lightweight oil tank with built-in oil
cooler is now standard. It allows for easy and flexible installation
in all applications.
* A more robust drive system to compensate for the much higher torque
experienced by customers electing to drive larger props at lower
RPMs. This enables AeroTwin customers the benefits of shorter
takeoff distances at less throttle and more reserve, lower operating
temperatures and less noise.
* An improved fan and shroud package providing two times the cooling
airflow for fixed applications or for slower moving craft such as
hovercraft and powered chutes.
"These updates illustrate both our customer commitment and our rigorous quality and performance improvement program evidenced by dual research and testing facilities in Fort Worth, Texas and Christchurch, New Zealand," said Dwaine Barnes, president of AeroTwin. "While the world economy is having a detrimental impact on recreational spending, we offer an economic solution for both new and retrofit engine customers desiring superior four-stroke performance. We expect worldwide sales to grow as economies improve, awareness increases and more and more customers report positive and longer-term usage in a variety of vehicles."
AeroTwin offers several gear-box reduction assemblies and a new reduction belt drive that raises the prop centerline for a lighter and more compact installation package. The distinguishing feature of the light-weight AeroTwin engine is its exceptional power/torque/weight performance. The factory provides extensive customer installation information online and personal support by trained and experienced representatives.

New Belt Drive Option Expands the Market for Sport Aircraft
High Torque Changing Drive/Prop Configurations - Shorter Takeoffs, Quieter Flight
(LAS VEGAS, NV, August 27, 2008) - AirScooter Corporation (OTC: ASCO), an innovator of new air vehicle technology, reported today on progress of its wholly-owned subsidiary, AeroTwin Motors and its line of AeroTwin® sport aircraft engines and accessories. AeroTwin has added to its website (http://www.aerotwinmotors.com/newpages/media.htm) illustrative photos of specific vehicle applications employing AT972T (turbo version) and AT972 (standard - natural aspirated) engines. These early applications illustrate the wide variety of new and retrofit sport aircraft, powered parachutes and hovercraft benefiting from AeroTwin's power/torque/weight performance. Current applications are located in Canada, the United States, New Zealand and Australia with many other countries expressing interest for future purchase.
"We are seeing strong interest from 2-seat craft that need more power/torque than a two-stroke engine can provide but don't want to incur the weight and cost of other options," said Dwaine Barnes, president of AeroTwin. "This diverse range of early adopters will influence future customers. We are targeting specific sport aircraft (new and retrofit), powered parachutes and the rapidly growing market for larger hovercraft." AeroTwin offers a variety of gear box reduction assemblies and recently introduced a new reduction belt drive (http://www.aerotwinmotors.com/newpages/beltdrive.htm) that raises the prop centerline for a lighter and more compact installation package. "We have experienced a number of sport aircraft that are restricted by the size and mounting configuration of the engine compartment," noted Barnes. "Our new belt drive is being installed in a number of these craft allowing them to benefit from a more robust engine than alternative two-strokes. Now with both a range of gear boxes and a flexible belt drive option, AeroTwin can meet the power needs of most sport aircraft."
The distinguishing feature of AeroTwin is its power/torque/weight performance (http://www.aerotwinmotors.com/newpages/features.htm). The significantly higher and broader useable torque range challenges some common drive/prop assumptions. "In recent months we have been working with aircraft owners and consultants, prop manufacturers and consultants and our consulting aeronautical engineer to properly match our engine to major sport aircraft types," said Barnes. "Early application designs generally have resulted in matching a longer and heavier prop geared to lower engine RPMs. This is possible with AeroTwin due to high torque over a broad useable RPM range. The benefits include shorter takeoff distances at less throttle, lower engine operating temperatures and less noise."
"While our engine development has been lengthy and costly, we are very excited about recent progress and especially the robust performance we are seeing from the proper matching of our engine and props in specific sport aircraft types," concluded Barnes. "As this performance becomes widely known, we expect rapid market acceptance of our light, quiet, and powerful four-stroke engines over the coming months."

"Sometimes, business decisions must be based not on economics,
but on what is right." ~ Ivan Howes
I have no stake in ASCO as of yet, but I find the AirScooter intriguing. So, I watch. The AeroTwin motor seems to be a viable alternative to the venerable and prolific Rotax for sport aviation enthusiasts among others. Time will tell.
