AIRSCOOTER-II TO BE ON DISPLAY AT WIRED's LOS ANGELES NEXTFEST FESTIVAL
AirScooter UAVs Also to be Exhibited at San Diego Unmanned Systems Conference
(LAS VEGAS, NV, August 27, 2007) - AirScooter Corporation (OTC: ASCO), an innovator of new air vehicle technology, announced today upcoming marketing events for its air vehicles. The AirScooter®- II Personal Air Vehicle (PAV) and AirScooter® UAV will be on display in the transportation pavilion at WIRED's NextFest festival at the Los Angeles Convention Center from September 13 through 16. The AirScooter gas G70 and electric E70 UAVs will also be exhibited at the Unmanned Systems Interoperability Conference in Coronado from October 29 through 31.
WIRED's vision of a new World's Fair, WIRED NextFest is a four-day festival of innovative products and technologies that are transforming our world. This year's NextFest in Los Angeles will feature more than 160 interactive exhibits from leading scientists and researchers. The public is invited September 14 through 16 to experience the future of communication, design, entertainment, exploration, health, play, robots, transportation, security, and green living. For more information on the festival visit www.wirednextfe st.com. Over 100,000 attendees combined were attracted to the previous three festivals in San Francisco, Chicago and New York.
The Unmanned Systems Interoperability Conference is sponsored by the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) the world's largest nonprofit organization devoted exclusively to advancing the unmanned systems community. AUVSI, with members from government organizations, industry and academia, is committed to fostering, developing and promoting unmanned systems and related technologies.
The AirScooter-II PAV is a simple and easy to fly coaxial rotor craft for recreational use. The PAV has recently been upgraded with the latest AeroTwin® four- stroke engine and a modern composite coaxial rotor system. While designed for recreational manned flight, AirScooter's patented design has applications in manned and unmanned military and homeland security applications.
AirScooter's wholly-owned subsidiary, AeroTwin Motors Corporation, manufactures a powerful lightweight sport aircraft engine that makes AirScooter- II possible. The patented AeroTwin® engine produces an efficient 65 hp at 4200 rpm, smooth/flat torque and quiet operation ideal for a wide range of sport vehicles. Now in early production, engines have already been sold and delivered in the United States, Canada and New Zealand with interest from more than 45 countries worldwide. Early fight testing is validating AeroTwin's four-stroke power solution in both new aircraft and to repower legacy two-stroke engine aircraft.
AirScooter UAVs are in the tactical VTOL (Vertical Takeoff and Landing) class, positioned smartly between the high-end hobby category and the limited selection of expensive military/commercial UAVs available today. These robust craft are ideally suited for aerial photography, surveillance, research and a range of homeland security applications. AirScooter unmanned aerial vehicles feature a rugged patented coaxial flight platform providing outstanding hovering ability, stable flight, precision response and control all in an economical package. Both the G70 and E70 employ a 70-inch coaxial rotor and control system, minimizing the complexity of coaxial systems of the past, but scalable to future craft, smaller or larger in size.
"We are very excited and honored to be one of the select invitees to display our AirScooter Personal Air Vehicle at WIRED's unique festival showcasing new ideas and technologies," said Dwaine Barnes, president of AirScooter Corporation. "AirScooter attracts wide-ranging interest confirming the public appetite for personal recreational flight. Our updated AirScooter-II equipped with a new AeroTwin engine and composite rotors will continue flight testing after the festival."
Barnes, discussing AirScooter UAVs, added "Our patented coaxial control system provides exceptional hovering and precision flight control. We just completed confirming G70 and E70 flight testing and are very pleased with the results. Whether the requirement is for quiet electric performance or long duration gasoline powered flight, we provide a compelling solution for customers dissatisfied with the limitations of high-end hobby craft but unable to justify the high costs of commercial/military UAVs often costing $100,000 to $500,000 or more. The AUVSI conference provides a forum to demonstrate our vehicles to the right audience of customers."

AEROTWIN MODIFIES ENGINE PRODUCTION ARRANGEMENT
Production Engines Being Assembled for Customers
(LAS VEGAS, NV, July 26, 2007) - AirScooter Corporation (OTC: ASCO), an innovator of new air vehicle technology announced a modification to the engine production arrangement between its wholly- owned subsidiary, AeroTwin Motors Corporation, and Sky USA (formerly Astro Products). While initial production engines are being successfully produced from purchased and machined components from a variety of domestic and international suppliers, it has been mutually agreed the fixed price arrangement is not in the best continuing interests of the project. Startup production costs have exceeded Sky's expectations and AeroTwin desires to have greater control of timing and sources of production. The modified arrangement provides as follows:
--- AeroTwin will manage production and assembly of future engines including completion of the first batch of 100 engines of which 15 have been assembled.
--- Sky USA has assigned the inventory of engine parts and work in process to AeroTwin.
--- Sky USA will continue to support the production effort by providing facilities and sophisticated machining equipment and related services as agreed and will manage production of agreed upon parts from selected international vendors.
--- AeroTwin expects to incur approximately $500,000 of additional costs to complete the 100 engines and pay for a larger number of minimum purchase parts available for future production.
--- Sky USA has agreed to provide AeroTwin a $600,000 credit to be applied to various percentages of future purchases for up to four years.
"Our focus is on rapidly completing the balance of the first 100 engines and getting them in the hands of paying customers," said Dwaine Barnes, president of AeroTwin. "Response from first production engines has been positive and we plan to leverage future engine production from proceeds of early sales. While the prior fixed price arrangement offered certain advantages, we believe the modifications allow us to control our costs, manage the source and timing of production and respond to customer requirements and changes."

AeroTwin Production Engine With New Tooling Assembled and Tested
Tuesday April 3, 10:00 am ET
Financial Moves Position Company for Growth
LAS VEGAS, April 3, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- AirScooter Corporation (Other OTC:ASCO.PK - News), an innovator of new air vehicle technology, announced today that a new AeroTwin(r) four-stroke aircraft engine, produced with advanced tooling designed for high volume production, has been assembled and successfully tested. Production and assembly of the previously announced contract order of 200 engines is underway. The Company expects to accept delivery of the first tranche of these engines later in April.
The Company also reported financial moves to position the company for future growth. The holders of 96% or $1.925 million of its 6% subordinated convertible notes have converted the debt and accrued interest into common stock at $1.00 per common share effective March 31, 2007. Also $1.58 million of working capital demand notes and related accrued interest has also been converted into common shares at $1.00 per share effective March 31, 2007. The Company issued 3.7 million restricted common shares in connection with these two transactions. Officers and directors participated on the same terms and received 1.6 million shares for cash previously invested by them. The Company's quarterly financial statements for the second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2007 will reflect these changes including an improved current ratio and a significant reduction in debt. These statements should be available by May 15. This move will also accelerate periodic non-cash interest charges connected with the convertible debt, reducing future cash and non-cash interest expense. At March 31, 2007 the Company had 14.1 million shares issued and outstanding.
``As we commence receiving engines and making sales the financial changes just completed will allow us to reinvest working capital advanced for engine production and to report improved results in future periods,'' said Dwaine Barnes, president of AirScooter Corporation. ``We will be releasing a new AeroTwin Motors web site this month as we launch a modern highly web centric engine sales and support program for our worldwide customers.''

AeroTwin Reports Engine Progress
Continuing Shipments to Targeted Customers -- Seeding Market for Future Sales
LAS VEGAS, May 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- AirScooter Corporation (Pink Sheets:ASCO), an innovator of new air vehicle concepts, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, AeroTwin Motors Corporation, is continuing shipments of first production turbo-charged AT972T engines to target customers.
"Our strategy is to deliver first production engines to select and targeted customers, seeding the market for future production," said Dwaine Barnes, president. "We are working with users of leading sport aircraft, including pushers, powered parachutes and gyrocopters. We are also pursuing government and non-aviation applications. As a result of engine inquiries from 46 different countries, we are scheduling shipments to select international customers. Both new aircraft and repowers are dynamic markets for our modern four-stroke engines. We are very excited by the early market response, encouragement and assistance provided by customers investing in our future success as early adopters of AeroTwin(r)."
"The limited number of customers we have selected have future needs for hundreds and perhaps thousands of engines each year," added Barnes. "We are finalizing plans for higher volume production with our contract manufacturer and expect to announce new volume production in the next 30-45 days. Testing of our AirScooter PAV and AirScooter UAV products continue while our immediate focus is on meeting the market need for engines."
The AeroTwin lightweight two-cylinder 972cc four-stroke engine will be available in two models. The AT972T is turbo-charged producing 65 hp at 4200 rpm and the AT972 is a standard engine producing 55 hp at 5000 rpm, both providing exceptional flat torque at 3000 to 5000 rpm. AeroTwin's patented design features electronic fuel injection and digital engine management. The engine operates horizontally or vertically and mounts to provide output from either end of the engine for maximum flexibility. Additional engine models based on the patented technology are in development.
