WITH LESS REG. AND MORE MARKET. AIRSCOOTER COULD HAVE EASLIY RAISE A THE MONEY THEY WANTED BY TAKING DESPOIST ON THE MACHINE WITH CONTRACTS AND ESROWING THE MONEY THEN BORROWED AGAINST THOSE CONTRACTS. MACK
