KMAG Announces Strong Results for Q2

KMA Global Solutions International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:KMAG) has continued with strong results in Q2. Sales revenue in Total $3,350,938 which is an increase of 1957% for the three month period compared to $162,870 ended July 31, 2011.

Gross profit was $616,728 or 18% of sales for the three month period ending July 31, 2012.

Operating Income was $295,941 for the three month Period ending July 31, 2012 compared to an operating loss of $3,549 for the three month period ending July 31, 2011.

CEO Jeffrey Reid states "KMAG is on target for its annual growth projection in both Sales and Profits." During Q2 the Share Buyback was completed adding another 37,100,000 shares to the control block of the company. Additionally preferred shares were converted into Common Shares to a total of 140,579,804 shares adding to the control block and depleting any further shares to be issued to the capacity of 750,000,000.

CEO Jeffrey Reid States "As the major shareholder and founder of KMAG it is my intention to deliver maximum value to ALL SHAREHOLDERS for the long term."

Email regarding the relationship with PI Innovations stated in the Nov. 2011 PR from KMAG, the company with the baggage handling potential. They are real and I have confirmed them through several different sources. Below mr. Nikolski, the coo, confirms they have a good standing relationship with kma global.

Revenues for this year I believe will do very well and this is only one piece.

If KMAGs Revs and Buyback were not a lie created by a gifted scam CEO(Jeff Reid), this should be huge IF the audited fins come out with the same result KMAG is flying past 0.1 IMO.

Jeff is currently working on getting his SILVER mine corp public, if this is true we have a CEO that has no need to scam SHs since he got enough of silver to keep him in the green. I've also seen posts indicating JR does not get paid by KMAG, this is also to imply that he has the silver mine income and not using KMAG for personal gain.

What does KMAG need to fly?

-Audited fins
-No action letter from SEC
-Uplist to pinks with a MM

BBDA is currently selling its flagship bran Koma Unwind at Wal-mart and reports on expansion of sales to more states than SC are under way. So when sales numbers comes this might be a play to consider. However with a CEO that are a total Nascar lovet, and is putting BBDA cash on the line by sponsoring racers and cars this is a bit of a gamble. The potential, if solidified by good sales numbers would outweigh the down-side.

SRGE is unaudited and are not currently reporting to SEC. However new is out about a aquisition of a sixth mine which might make SRGE more appealing to potential buyers. If a take over occurs this little gem is bound to take-off!
