RMS did not know much about finance, he says he got cheated but he is also to blame, he left shareholders in the dark, and quickly and easily resigned , without doing a proper due diligence, and left investor hanging. they are all to blame, they are all idiot, fraud, and liers, half of them should be in jail including Steve Nelson, who is most to blame of all by pitching investors into this.

Just communicated to few followers of BPT who got caught in Steve Nelson lies, apparently he is now claiming he sold most of his shares, and he is very profitable in all stocks. They followed him on hcti, svlt, grsu, all are down at least 90%, but he is very much up :))), and he is in charge of BPT, OMG you have to be kidding me people are listening to this moron!

Every investor is responsible for there decisions. BPT trades should of been more skeptical I'll admit. There was plenty of red flags to get out, fundamental and technical. They made so many BS promises that weren't true. I posted awhile ago that my final straw was when Robert Murray Smith resigned.

I would agree, but Steve Nelson would tell his followers all is good, Rob and Gary know nothing, that anaerobic deal are almost done, that land has a lot of value, that battery is with ubc testing, and that he is buying the dip... This guy is a lunatic, and people should stay away from him and BPT. Mike is a scam in my opinion and used Steve to promote the stock and pump the prices.

they replied to my friend as well, saying all is good and things will be moving shortly, and this started half a year ago, continuing for few months, things are moving, all is good etc...

BreakPoint Trades? Steve Nelson is the one who put so many investors into this crap. He was selling the story like this will be the next amazon investment, now he shut up and forgot about his promotion and forgot about people he put into this crap, and even worse, he tells people he sold majority when the stock ran to $1 and now his holding is small. He is the worst guy you should trust, so is Mike who manages so to speak Edison... I have been in touch with Michael lots lately and all seems to be going well for the share exchange. I feel the issue with RMS was that he wanted to keep experimenting and Gary wanted to stop and put something to market.
But Gary is out and Michael actually is the guy that started all of this tech way before RMS got involved. RMS did help improve the EESD but they have now improved it from there.
There will be a White Paper out soon with the test results of the certification.
They are hoping the exchange will be done within a month I feel.

I still don't know why he resigned I tried to figure it out, but I think he still does not know for sure. He's credibility now is damaged, he is an academic and experimental guy should do lab work for schools, not be in public company management. He might be charismatic, and may be a half clown figure (no offense), but he should have not be managing companies IMO. He has a ton of shares in Edison, which I don't know if he will ever get based on his resignation.

I bought $20000 of Sunvault because I was following Robert Murray Smith and his graphene battery technology. He joined them as a Director but left under strange circumstances. I was really surprised because it was his baby really and it showed such promise. I do hope Edison develop the idea properly.

This board has been very quiet for good reason but I thought I might post what I have heard.
The CEO of Edison has told me they have no plans to change the exchange price of .46.. the Delays are from "IMO" that they were a bit naive on how easy it would be to do the share exchange. They now hope to get it done before the end of the year.
On the price drop. There apparently are a large # of shareholders that did not buy the stock with $ whom are not being included in the exchange. They are the ones selling it would seem.
I am still holding and am cautiously optimistic. The company still has many technologies going for it. The Anaerobic Digestor business should provide a steady income stream for years to come. The EESD (battery, the reason I bought the stock SVLT) and plastic parts are where the future growth is in my mind.
However I still can't want to get the exchange over with so we can see what the future holds.

There is just to many red flags with this company to blindly invest. That's why I got out at 0.27. I doubt Edison will but your shares for 0.40. In fact they could be initially delaying the transition process to let price drop for them to buy shares cheaper. Also I think many of the press releases in the past were very unprofessional. In my world of work, we don't make promises to clients that can't be executed. Just my opinion.

Edison Power Company...Silence

It's been a little over a month since we've heard anything from Edison Power regarding their forthcoming plans. While they gave us a little worm to nibble on, Sunvault's stock continues to plummet. At this point I'm sinking with the ship, and if hits 0.01 I'll buy some more and hope for the best.

SO let's see: where is that idiot Lox who said this stock will be $3-5 who was telling Barry from hotstocks.nyc (another BS'er) had clear vision? Or breakpoint trades with their stupid recommendations? I was privately contacted by a guy who said Steve from BPT introduced svlt two years back and was very bullish all the time, now all of the sudden the guy is down 70% due to listening and following gurus like breakpoint trades. Now steve is still telling all the rouses will blossom, and that svlt is great... (if this is not funny i dont know what is)
This company is a joke, so was Gary and now is Mike, which has a shitty history to say the least. If you are an investor in this, better be on top of it, and demand answers from Mike who I heard "not so good things about". Just heads up, and congrats to the gurus: Barry, Lox, Steve from BPT, next time one should do exactly the opposite and sky will be the limit :)

I sold by shares a couple weeks ago. Don't beat a dead horse to death. Look for companies with increasing earnings, read William ONeil's book How To Make Money in Stocks, etc. There are lots of stocks moving in the right direction. Focus on those and put this behind you IMO.

I am not to concerned as the developments on EESD and Plastic tech still belongs to Edison. They just need to get this transfer done asap and get Manufacturing up and running. Some might be selling on the RMS news but this all started before he got involved. He did help with the efficiency of the EESD which was a huge help. Now they need to get it out in the world.
I do expect some News releases with the transfer though, it only makes sense to hold them back until that happens.
