There is just to many red flags with this company to blindly invest. That's why I got out at 0.27. I doubt Edison will but your shares for 0.40. In fact they could be initially delaying the transition process to let price drop for them to buy shares cheaper. Also I think many of the press releases in the past were very unprofessional. In my world of work, we don't make promises to clients that can't be executed. Just my opinion.
