I have been in touch with Michael lots lately and all seems to be going well for the share exchange. I feel the issue with RMS was that he wanted to keep experimenting and Gary wanted to stop and put something to market.
But Gary is out and Michael actually is the guy that started all of this tech way before RMS got involved. RMS did help improve the EESD but they have now improved it from there.
There will be a White Paper out soon with the test results of the certification.
They are hoping the exchange will be done within a month I feel.
