"Sunvault has also consented to and is moving their transfer agent account to the
same transfer agent as Edison Power Company. This change is to ease the
transaction now and once the registration statement is complete. We will update you
further as the registration statement is completed and we can then look at a finalized
date for the transaction to close. Rest assured we will be providing a comfortable
period for the proper paperwork to be completed. Some of you may require some fresh
information/documentation as maybe required by the shared transfer agent but this will
definitely streamline the process."
