Here's the math. But units at 4c. Exercise warrants and sell stock. If you can get .62, you make 58c on the stock and 55c on the warrants. That's a 2,825% return...before expenses, of course. (You've gotta pay the Fraser empire to promote your stock.) Still, quite a nice return in six months. Isn't the OTC market great!
from the 10q:
In November and December of 2006, the Company sold 20,600,000 equity units in a private placement. Each unit consisted of one share of the Company’s common stock and one warrant for the purchase of an additional share of common stock. The per-unit price was $0.04. The exercise price of each warrant is $0.07. The warrants will be exercisable between April 1, 2007, and the one-year anniversary of the closing of the offering. The net proceeds of the unit sale was $823,980. In January 2007, the Company sold an additional 4,700,000 units with net proceeds of $187,940.
...
Warrants Issued
At March 31, 2007, there were warrants to purchase 25,300,000 shares of the Company's common shares outstanding. The exercise price of the warrants is $0.07 per share. The warrants are exercisable and expire March 31, 2008.
Hello my friend.
Remember our contest for guessing an exit point.
I believe my guess was .88 pps and yours was a little over a
1.00 pps. So far looks like you may have hit the bulls eye.
Hopefully for existing longs I am wrong. Have a great day.
Curious Turn of Events
Looks like someone is shorting SGCR again.
I'm still in, curious to know if you sold?
It looks like the selling is over for today.
I don't understand how such a small amount of selling can make the price drop this much.
What's your take on the situation?
tia,
Hilander
PS:
Everyones opinion is welcome here.
Sorry, no longer long and shorting on the way down. There is tons of very cheap stock and warrants in this one and the promotion has lost its momentum.
Anyone still around?
Been ofly quiet lately.

Hope everything is looking up for you and yours. If i may ask
a huge favor. Would it be possible to help me and my mates out at the xtms board. A unique family owned and operated business out of California. We are in desperate need of experienced chart pro (Hilander) to be so kind as to put an
automated gallery view as to the like of this board onto our

I will even buy you a cup of Joe when we meet. If not I will definitely understand. Thanks for everything in the past and please stay in touch. You may even want to take a look. I think this sandrail or dune buggy would look nice next to the smart car. Truly Ad1.

Dyslexia - Labeled As Learning Disabled:
Dyslexia is generally considered a neurological disorder in which the brain is unable to properly decode symbols, which means the individual has difficulty reading or understanding letters and numbers.
Persistence helps dissipate cloud of dyslexia

Snippet:
Had it not been for Liza Pierce’s intuition and her meticulous research, she may not have ever discovered that her son, Gardner, was dyslexic.... Pierce noted that her son would engage in art, singing and physical education, but he became uncooperative when it came to reading or writing...Pierce and her husband, Bradley, hired reading and spelling tutor Karen Kaderabek, who specializes in tutoring children with dyslexia. The Pierces also arranged for training for Gardner’s classroom teacher so that she would understand the problem of dyslexia and how to help students with the learning disability...Kaderabek prefers not to label dyslexia as a learning disability, but rather as a child’s “unique learning style.” Someone who is dyslexic has difficulty with letters and words, reversing letters such as “d” or “b” or juggling letters in a word to turn “was” into “saw” or “left” into “felt.”...

Old Movie - Pay It Forward:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0223897/
Snippet:
A school social studies assignment leads to social changes that spread from city-to-city. Assigned to come up with some idea that will improve mankind, a young boy (Haley Joel Osment) decides that if he can do three good deeds for someone and they in turn can "pay it forward" and so forth, positive changes can occur. Basically, if someone does something good for you, then you do something good for someone else.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pay_it_forward
OK, that’s the concept, but what IF:
• We kept doing it every day?
• Could it change our dynamics and how we feel?
• Would it make us feel happier?
• What if we did at least one good deed per day no matter how little or big for the rest of our lives?
Try it and see what happens. Doing one good deed per day for the rest of our lives is bound to have a positive effect on the we think.
Observation:
In watching people, you'll notice there are givers and there are takers. The givers are always giving. The taker’s are always taking and seldom do anything else. What would it take to reach a happy median? There are plenty of lessons to be learned here, if we just played with it. Maybe, this type of action would make our neighborhoods a better place to live.
New Movie Out - In Theatres Now:
Amazing Grace Film Overview:
http://www.amazinggracemovie.com/index.php
Amazing Grace, based on the life of antislavery pioneer William Wilberforce, is directed by Michael Apted (The World is Not Enough, Coal Miner's Daughter) from an original screenplay written by Academy Award® nominee Steven Knight (Dirty Pretty Things).
The film stars Ioan Gruffudd (Black Hawk Down), Albert Finney (Erin Brockovich), Romola Garai (Vanity Fair), Michael Gambon (Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban), Benedict Cumberbatch (Hawking), Rufus Sewell (Legend of Zorro), Ciaran Hinds (Rome) and introduces Youssou N'Dour.
_Gruffudd plays Wilberforce, who, as a Member of Parliament, navigated the world of 18th Century backroom politics to end the slave trade in the British Empire. Albert Finney plays John Newton, a confidante of Wilberforce who inspires him to pursue a life of service to humanity. Benedict Cumberbatch is William Pitt the Younger, England's youngest ever Prime Minister at the age of 24, who encourages his friend Wilberforce to take up the fight to outlaw slavery and supports him in his struggles in Parliament.
_Elected to the House of Commons at the age of 21, and on his way to a successful political career, Wilberforce, over the course of two decades, took on the English establishment and persuaded those in power to end the inhumane trade of slavery.__
_Romola Garai plays Barbara Spooner, a beautiful and headstrong young woman who shares Wilberforce's passion for reform, and who becomes his wife after a whirlwind courtship. Youssou N'Dour is Olaudah Equiano. Born in Africa and sent as a slave to the Colonies, Equiano bought his freedom and made his home in London, where he wrote a best-selling account of his life and became a leading figure in the fight to end the slavery of his fellow countrymen.
John Newton (played by Albert Finney in Amazing Grace) wrote the words to one of the most beloved hymns of all time between 1760 and 1770, while working as an evangelical pastor. Son of the commander of a merchant ship, Newton was captain of a slave ship for many years, until he underwent a dramatic religious conversion while steering his vessel through a storm.
Repenting and regretting the misery he had inflicted on the thousands of human cargo he had transported across the Middle Passage for many years, he devoted his life to the Church, and wrote the lyrics to many hymns which are still popular today.
In 1780 Newton left Olney to become rector of St. Mary Woolnoth, St. Mary Woolchurch, in London. There he drew large congregations and influenced many, among them William Wilberforce. Newton continued to preach until the last year of life, although he was blind by that time. He died in London December 21, 1807.
The Amazing Change Campaign:
William Wilberforce's work is far from finished. There are still an estimated 27 million slaves in the world today. Modern day slavery can come in many different forms. Entire families may work long days in rice-mills, brick kilns or on plantations. Children may be abducted and forced to fight in a rebel's army. All of the people in these examples are slaves—they cannot come and go as they please and are often beaten or threatened with violence. They have no autonomy in their day-to-day lives and deserve the right to be free.

O/T Group finds toad the size of a small dog !!! ALERT ALERT...lol lol
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070327/ap_on_sc/odd_monster_toad_5
Tue Mar 27, 7:37 AM ET
DARWIN, Australia - An environmental group said Tuesday it had captured a "monster" toad the size of a small dog.
With a body the size of a football and weighing nearly 2 pounds, the toad is among the largest specimens ever captured in Australia, according to Frogwatch coordinator Graeme Sawyer.
"It's huge, to put it mildly," he said. "The biggest toads are usually females but this one was a rampant male ... I would hate to meet his big sister."
Frogwatch, which is dedicated to wiping out a toxic toad species that has killed countless Australian animals, picked up the 15-inch-long cane toad during a raid on a pond outside the northern city of Darwin late Monday.
Cane toads were imported from South America during the 1930s in a failed attempt to control beetles on Australia's northern sugar cane plantations. The poisonous toads have proven fatal to Australia's delicate ecosystems, killing millions of native animals from snakes to the small crocodiles that eat them.
As part of its so-called "Toad Buster" project, Frogwatch conducts regular raids on local water holes, blinding the toads with bright lights then scooping them up by the dozen.
"We kill them with carbon dioxide gas, stockpile them in a big freezer and then put them through a liquid fertilizer process" that renders the toads nontoxic, Sawyer said.
Now We're Talk'en:
Thank's for the clarification.
This is the kind of selling volume I'm talking about.
Now, I understand and appreciate your views on the subject.
This gives us something to look forward to!
It's good knowing someone else's watching this stock besides me.
Please keep us posted on any future news releases!!!
If you have any other information, please do not hesitate to post it. I'm ready to see some fireworks.
Here's the promoter
http://www.naturalcontrarian.com/strategy.php?id=69
As for the cheap paper, it's outlined in the filings. In a nutshell, they raised $1mm at .04/share plus warrants. The warrants are exercisable soon. I think they'll be pumpin' like nobody's business to create a frenzy to sell into as they've got truckloads of stock to move. Fraser pumps can be great longs. See TNEN and AMNT. Just don't fool yourself into thinking you're in early on the next Microsoft.
Disclosure: I'm slightly long at the moment.
No sir just making sure you were enjoying it. Have a great
day. Stay in touch.
Really Good:
Would you like me to send some information about it?
I've located over a dozen websites on the internet.
It's becoming a legend in its own time.
There are Smart Car Clubs cropping up!
How's the new smart car treating you?????
Please Clarify:
1. "This stock is headed up imo."
Yes, I agree, just by looking at the technical indicators.
2. "Lots of cheap paper coming"
What does this mean?
(Dilution of stock, more shares issued?)
Please expand on this statement.
3. "but there is a strong promoter behind it".
(Is there a megalog coming out soon?) or (Is the CEO getting ready for a press release?)
What do you know that you can share?
Any information would be helpful.
You know the old statement,
"Curiosity's what killed the cat".
4. What articles or information do you have that can shed light on the subject?
5. Just out of curiosity, what's your target for shorting the stock?
My gut feeling tells me this stock has a lot further to go.
Check the selling volumes in previous years.
We haven't come close to those selling volumes yet.
IMO, that says the strong hands are still in.
It's always nice to have someone else's opinion.
Since we've entered a sideways channel, it's been pretty boring.
So, I've been creating educational & informational postings.
It appears there's not many of us watching this stock.
Sometimes, I get the feeling I'm the Lone Ranger in this stock.
Any further information you can share would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Hilander
This stock is headed up imo. Lots of cheap paper coming but there is a strong promoter behind it. Looking forward to shorting this at higher prices.
PBS TV & THE WRITTEN WORD:
The Written Word:
From time to time I post sideline articles that will have no relationship to Strategic Resources. They will be about a movie I'd just seen or something I've come across I think others will enjoy. If they weren't interesting or educational in nature I wouldn't post them. I like to reflect and learn from other people's experiences in life. When you think about it, that's really what makes up our live's. Lot's of little experiences all strung together. Some of them good and other's not so good. Ocassionally, I pick one of the better articles I come across and share them with you. Hopefully, we can relate to some of these stories to make our own lives better and more meaningful.
I like reading short stories because we all seem to be short on time. I figure, by expanding our base of knowledge outside of what shapes our immediate world we can expand our minds beyond our own day to day events. Even though this is important I believe its even more important to keep expanding, stretching and growing. Otherwise, we run the risk of getting in a rut, being bored or eventually become self absorbed not being aware of what's outside our immediate world. To keep me and you on our toes, sometimes, I may post stories that have a hidden meaning, a pearl of wisdom so to speak and let the story stand on it's own good merit.
This is another reason I post these types of articles, to keep growing and expanding. Since my mind is always active anyway, I figure I might as well give it something good to think about. I challenge you, if you think your mind's not active, try sitting down on the couch for 10 minutes and think about nothing. It can't be done. The mind is always active. If you figure out a way to empty the mind of thoughts, please let me know.

Every week I watch old English Movies on Public Broadcast Service. PBS was founded in 1969. The movies are based on people's life experience's and made for our entertainment and enjoyment. They are usually very good and educational in nature. I've been watching them for years. This is PBS's version of the written word translated into the spoken word. It's designed for those who don't have time to read. And I'm sure glad they did!!!

DYSLEXIA & People Who Don't Read:
DO YOU KNOW PEOPLE WHO ARE DYSLEXIC AND DON'T LIKE TO READ?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyslexia
I have met people both young and old who don't like to read. In reality most adults are so busy they can't remember the last time they read a book. It's no wonder adults don't read anymore except what they have to. Most people simply don't have time for extracarricular reading. Even though the internet has made it much easier and faster to gather information. There is still another entire group of people who don't use the internet. Those are the people who don't like to read, period.
If a simply fun and enjoyable way of reading can be designed into our lives, we can all read a little more by starting with only 5 minutes a day. Do you remember reading J.J. Racoon in elementary school? Well, that was an attempt by our public education system to get us started with recreational reading. How many of us are still doing that now?
People like to read what peaks their interest. Once our interests are captured, we find ourselves reading more. Ask anyone who surf's the internet. We can read more plus find the information faster. We don't have to lug a dozen books home from the library anymore. That's what the internet has done for us.
Have you heard of Read Aloud America? It started out in Hawaii. Now, it's reaching out to the mainland and around the globe.
What is Read Aloud America?
In 1995, Jed Gaines founded a reading program called Read Aloud America. It's a nonprofit 501(C)3 organization that promotes literacy, encourages a love of reading in adults and children, and increases children's prospects for success in school and life.
His purpose was to get families together, to share with one another. They read outloud and in the process have fun reading and learning together. Many families had difficulty splitting their time between reading and watching television. So, they removed the television from their home.
READ ALOUD AMERICA:
http://www.readaloudamerica.org/
RECOMMENDED READING LIST:

2nd - 3rd Grades | 4th - 5th Grades | 6th - 8th Grades | 9th - 12th Grades
Adult | Ageless
http://www.readaloudamerica.org/booklist.htm
Jed Gaines did a courageous thing. He's showed thousands of people how to feel better about themselves. It wasn't his intent but they now have a better chance for success in the world. He figured out a better way for people to learn and have fun in the process. Plus, he figured out how to do it as a family unit. I commend Jed's efforts for reaching out to help his fellow man. Now that's a wonderful example of "paying it forward" on a daily basis! Congratulations Jed for making a difference.
Retire Thomas Edison's 125-Year-Old Invention:
Aiming to slow global warming through energy efficiency, a coalition led by the world's largest lighting manufacturer is planning to phase out energy-wasting incandescent light bulbs in the United States by 2016.
The push to retire Thomas Edison's 125-year-old invention was set to be unveiled Wednesday in Washington. The coalition includes Royal Philips Electronics, the Netherlands-based light-bulb manufacturer, the Natural Resources Defense Council, the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, and other environmental and energy-efficiency groups.
If it takes hold, the phaseout could save enough energy to eliminate the need to build 80 of the 150 or so coal-fired power plants now planned nationwide, the coalition estimates. That, in turn, would prevent about 158 million tons of carbon dioxide annually and save consumers $18 billion a year in electric costs.

Grand Canyon Skywalk Photos:
Extending 70 feet (21 meters) from the canyon wall, the 30-million-dollar Skywalk will put a few scant inches of glass between visitors and a 4,000-foot (1,220-meter) plunge to the Colorado River. As it was inched out by an industrial-strength pulley system yesterday, the glass bridge was balanced by half-million-pound (227,000-kilogram) steel weights on its back end. Once in place, the Skywalk was welded to four-story steel poles inserted into the canyon wall.
