What platforms are you using? I have noticed some times if I use E*trade pro I can put an order in, but if im using mobile or the website it won’t go through.
I think Andrius is right. Thats basically how the administrator from TD explained it. Orders can be accepted depending on broker for when trading resumes.
I have an open order as well. Maybe some volume next week and we can get the f outta dodge.
Idk it said “pending” for quite a while, then changed to “open”
your broker can accept your order, doesn't mean its live in the market
but seriously putting in a MARKET sells on greys is the most dumb thing one can do. For one they can fill you .0001 since there are no quotes. Another is generally after greys open they bounce back from where they open. Like BITCF being a good example. Opens .11 goes to almost $1 same day.
assumptions are just that. Its not open for trading yet.
I just spoke with a TD Ameritrade administrator and he spoke with their order room. He said STVA is still suspended?
My platform let me post a sell limit order, I’m assuming to buyers are way down there
no you DO NOT sell to market unless you want to risk filling .0001
Wont allow any type of order at all. I get the message that says no trading due to SEC suspension.
You will have to sell to market probably
Mine accepted a trade order.
Anybody know why my trading platform wont allow me to put in a sell order. Says trading is still suspended but the suspension order says only suspended through the 19th.
Opens tomorrow @930am ET
In the greys
Gonna dump to sub penny at open
it will be available to trade. since it was thinly traded before the suspension there may be very little action, but you just never know with the greys.
does stva start trading on the greys tommorrow
A quick glance, but they (referenced issuer) appear to be current.
LOL..."Turn Around, Don't Drown"?
Let's how that will look
if it trades at all it will not be pretty.
So this begins trading this Friday
Let's how that will look
Didn't realize this was haulted, sorry if you're stuck but the signs were there..
Trust me im not haha. I just wasnt sure if it worked the same way for the greys or not.
yes. but don't hold your breath.
If STVA was aquired by a pink sheet company would STVA then be traded back on pinks under parent companies ticker?
it was not up from price it was suspended. it dropped to .11 which was almost 90% down. It did bounce .11 to $1 though for 900% from lows.
I've been trying to contact them for about a month, with no response. On the company profile there's a phone number in Greece that might be more helpful
STVA NOW SHOWN ON GREY MARKET AT OTCM.

High risk/high reward, we are all well aware of the risk, part of the game. Love the high reward part...
Makes one wonder why anybody would “play” these scams.
I believe the suspension is only temporary
all suspensions are temporary. this will reopen for trading on the grey market on 10/20/17.
I own shares of STVA
Their website is still up and functioning

I've emailed the company and will report back
Suggest you all do the same

In the Matter of
Stevva Corp. ORDER OF SUSPENSION
OF TRADING
File No. 500-1
____________________________________
It appears to the Securities and Exchange Commission that there is a lack of current and
accurate information concerning the securities of Stevva Corp. (f/k/a Homie Recipes, Inc.)
("STVA”) (CIK 0001555571) because of concerns about recent promotions, unusual and
unexplained market activity in the company’s common stock, and questions regarding the
accuracy of assertions by Homie Recipes, Inc, including those issued in press releases on August
23, 2017 and August 29, 2017, including about its financial position. Stevva Corp. is a Nevada
corporation with its principal place of business located in Carson City, Nevada and Pella
Giannista, Greece. Its stock is quoted on OTC Link (previously “Pink Sheets”), operated by
OTC Markets Group Inc., under the ticker: STVA.
The Commission is of the opinion that the public interest and the protection of investors
require a suspension of trading in the securities of the above-listed company.
Your comment reminds me of the complaining that people do when charged $400 to tow their car out of a flooded section of the road, when the signs posted clearly warned not drive into flooded road.
Your clear and present point is:
If it sounds too good to be true....
...Don't invest in scams.
LOL, cops calling the bad guy 5 days in advance before they breech the door. Why not send them a jet to Brazil and $10 million too.
Perhaps the DoJ should never had prosecuted Bernie due to the fact that some past investors will never see a dime.
Bernie committed a crime, and future investors were about to get bilked.
While we are at it, let us not prosecute any fraud as past investors need to capitalize from future investors. Talk about being complicit.
What happened here? Why suspended?
The damage has already been afflicted by the bad actors though with the ascent from near .15c to $2 then down to .05c Nothing can change that. I just don't think it is proactive or responsibe to punish new shareholders in an attempt to comdemn manipulators. The SEC is causing the same harm to shareholder capital that they seek to eliminate. Two wrongs don't make a right.
This would give a fair opportunity window for investors .........
that would also give the bad actors a heads up which is why they don't issue warnings.
I would suggest a forewarning of the impending suspension at least 5 trading days in advance to give investors a reasonable timeframe to close positions in the security. This would give a fair opportunity window for investors to weigh risk and finalize positions spread over the alotted timeframe rather than bringing the hammer down in one swift stroke causing immediate panic, fear, and irrationality.
what would you suggest?
I completely understand the SEC good intention, I just think that there could be a much better alternative/ less aggressive way of going about the suspension. Perhaps the regulations/system is due for alterations. Also how is it that RETC slipped under the radar? Near identical setup to HOMR/STVA? I just think there is a better ststem to implement to combat fraud without harming shareholders accounts in such a harsh manner.

"Stevva grows Stevia in Giannitsa, Greece, where the climate and soil conditions are ideal for cultivating this sweet plant. Stevia is grown best in environments with long days of sunshine. It is native to semi-humid, sub-tropical climates where temperatures typically range from -6°C to 43°C. While tolerant of mild frost, hard frosts will kill the roots of the plant. It is a perennial plant that can be harvested several times a year if grown in an optimal environment."
- "Generally, harvesting occurs twice, in mid to late October when plants are 40-60 cm in height and in July."
- "Irrigation is to be considered as complementary to rain." "An adequate water supply will avoid stress in the plants, which will result in less diseases and better biomass production."
- "If done with a machine, 3 or 4 workers are needed to plant 1 hectare per day."
- "Drying of the woody stems and soft green leaf material is completed immediately after harvesting utilizing a drying wagon or a kiln. Depending on weather conditions and density of loading, it generally takes 24 to 48 hours to dry Stevia at 40°C to 50°C. An estimated 21,500 kg/ha of green weight is dried down to 6,000 kg/ha of dry weight. Dry leaves are stored in plastic lined cardboard boxes, sealed, strapped and labeled for further processing."
- "Once Stevia leaves are picked, separated from their stems and dried on the farm, they are shipped to the refinery. After being refined, the final product is distributed".
- "In addition to increasing its production of Stevia, Stevva plans to broaden its scope and market reach by introducing other crops that are in high demand for additional profit growth and risk mitigation purposes such as quinoa and chia seeds."
Ultimately, the company has plans to integrate vertically to convert the dry leaves into the final product that can be directly sold to companies such as Coca-Cola and Nestle for use.
