The damage has already been afflicted by the bad actors though with the ascent from near .15c to $2 then down to .05c Nothing can change that. I just don't think it is proactive or responsibe to punish new shareholders in an attempt to comdemn manipulators. The SEC is causing the same harm to shareholder capital that they seek to eliminate. Two wrongs don't make a right.
