I completely understand the SEC good intention, I just think that there could be a much better alternative/ less aggressive way of going about the suspension. Perhaps the regulations/system is due for alterations. Also how is it that RETC slipped under the radar? Near identical setup to HOMR/STVA? I just think there is a better ststem to implement to combat fraud without harming shareholders accounts in such a harsh manner.
