That is not surprising that there is still no interest. I especially liked the part in their news release that they will build a Zero Energy Ready building company with an "aggressive acquisition strategy". How is a company with little money going to acquire other worthwhile companies. It is more likely that if STHI really had anything going for it (patents and other intellectual property for example), then an established home builder would have bought them by now. That hasn't happened so they are left with only the prospect of trolling the true believers to buy more shares and keep the scam going. A purported new business direction is an excellent way to divert attention from past failures.

Are they not redesigning the loft plan? Pricing is a big concern. Pueblo, well I know Pueblo a little. Here is the thing. Pueblo it looks like could be very close to the new Space Force HQ that Trump hinted strongly about in his rally yesterday in Colorado Springs. Pueblo could be the recipient of this billion dollar project. If it is located in Colorado Springs that is only a one hour commute.
There is a large development with zero net electric going in right now that has tons of amenities... a community development. I do believe they are participating in this development. Pueblo is right at the intersection of Hi Way 50 and I-25. Hwy 50 being a major east/west route into the Rockies.
Hopefully they can improve on their designs and get the prices much more competitive. So can the PPS go higher? I believe so with a decent share structure and a product that sells albeit half of their projections then yes, this company and shareholders should both make some money. I am not ready to rule out this company altogether. There may be some positive surprises in the works.
Another problem! They got land in Pueblo to develop! LOL! Who wants to live in Pueblo? That place has been on the skids ever since the steel mill shut down with no recovery in sight. Add that to STHI's stupid designs that I have already mentioned (lofts you can't stand up in, etc.). Pueblo is waiting with open arms for people stupid enough to pay $100K for a 300 square foot home with a 100 square loft you can't stand up in. Plus the houses won't hold up any better than any other manufactured housing does in a storm. Their pricing excludes the traditional manufactured housing crowd and their designs have very limited appeal to people who can afford them. Their "plan" to have $150M in sales in two years is a pipe dream. They will have to sell 1,500 of their horrible houses to people who want to live in Pueblo. Good luck. Assuming that they manage to build and sell some of their horrible designs, I am just waiting for them to get sued over their dangerous staircases and ladders in the designs with lofts.

Real estate development is not a fast process at all. Added the new partnership with the other tiny home manufacturer and deciding which vendors and technology companies to use can be tricky if pre existing contract are in place. It should be getting time for this to come together.
It seems from the price action there is a fair amount of accumulation now going on prior to any news. The market makers seem to be holding it check but it has doubled in price in a week on stronger than normal volume.

I read somewhere they will build up to 1400 sq ft. This would be put the costs for some of the bigger units around $100,000 all things being equal. So with the many amenities and new technology especially with zero cost energy this will make the packages attractive especially if they team up with a competitive financing entity. Being in Colorado the zero cost energy will come from solar which will be built into the overall costs I assume. Time for an update!!

For the heck of it since I had 10 minutes..., I googled tiny homes for sale and found pricing ranging form $7k super small up to $60k 8 x 40 320 sq FT. do you remember the prices being higher? You must be right if the pricing is up there there must be an all inclusive package that covers all sort of goodies. Trendy neighborhood being first and for most.

I can't recall exactly it was posted in one of the updates awhile back if I find it I will post it. Maybe someone else with lots of time can go back and check those company updates. First thing I thought though was why buy a mini house for those prices? Colorado, once you get away from the Denver Metro or ski areas, you can find cheaper homes. So they are going to have to offer some attractive amenities. I wouldn't downsize unless it made good financial sense as well.
Perhaps the company if they read anything from this site can address this concern and let us know how sales are going.

I think the pricing of the homes seems a bit high. Perhaps though if factoring in provided fiber optics, solar and other amenities like a community club house and gym with swimming pools, running track etc then this could be a good deal.
Monroe1. Thanks for the update. I've gotten wrapped in the 5G thing since I'm in the technology sector and forgot all about this stock. Now that it is back in my focus I'll take a look again. I think the idea of tiny homes is good on several levels: economics, environmental, space management are three thoughts that come to mind right away, especially if you can live in one. I'm not sure it is for me, but I like the idea of making money on the concept. I liked the how too.

Sprout has been implementing a plan to scale during the next three years and this loan closing represents a significant milestone for Sprout to potentially meet its goal of exceeding $150 million in revenue during the next three years.
They have that Pueblo property over a thousand acres which is supposed to see development beginning this month. I see a news release coming shortly updating us on the new construction.
This is supposed to be the year for big roll out.
They have the financing, they got current pink, they have the properties, and they have the plan in place. So this could be big starting any time now. Building season in Colorado is just weeks away.

I like this company but they will not sell too many homes for what they are asking. They totally missed the point of downsizing. Many more people downsize for price than for maintenance.
Come on company slash the price in half and grow the company.
This company (STHI) is not going anywhere. Their designs are stupid. Who want a loft you can't stand up in? It would make more sense to extend the frame and have everything on one level. But, if they did that then their houses would not be "cute", they would just look like another mobile home. Floor plans for mobile homes/manufactured housing have been worked on since at least the 1940s, meaning that the range of what is possible in a given floor space has been pretty well worked out now. STHI's houses are VERY expensive for the square footage and at least to me, do not appear to be well constructed either. If you want a small portable house, buy a conventional mobile home. You will get more for your money and it will likely be better quality too. There is a reason their stock price has collapsed. The investment market and the consumer market has figured out what I have just said. It is difficult to stay in business by manufacturing and attempting to sell unmarketable products, so I would not expect STHI to last much longer. I could be wrong though. There are a lot of scam companies that just stay in business by selling stock to pay their bills. If this company is doing that they can last as along as they can get suckers to keep buying stock.
It appears someone believe this little company can make it happen with the approval of a 4.% million loan. Maybe it was Champion Homes as cosigner...

Tiny Home Community Constellation ATX Launching Soon
80 lots are available for reservation today for $500 and will be coming up for sale on March 1st for a tiny home community built from the ground up in Austin, TX. The developers are selling it as an affordable housing choice for millennials and retirees. They will even have financing available (sounds like 30-year mortgages).

As a reminder Sprout inked a $26m contract for up to 275 homes. This is the first community to launch with a second one forming in Kyle, TX later in 2018.

Also announced, the annual Tiny House and Simple Living Jamboree will be in Austin this summer, August 23-26th, with the 25th and 26th open to public. That will be an opportunity to check out this community for anybody able to attend.

A good sign to see Sprout Tiny Homes above the dollar mark once again. Volume is solid too seems to be over 5k shares a day lately.

Thoughts on STHI Investment - Five Reasons I Bought
I decided to purchase a long-term position in Sprout Tiny Homes.
Here is my reasoning:
1) Sprout is the only publicly traded tiny home company.
2) I believe in their mission to create communities of affordable housing throughout the US.
3) They care about the environment (a green company who builds with chemical-free interiors)
4) The recent EcoCabins purchase is transformative! Not only does it add $150m to the pipeline, Sprout gets a successful and well-known management team. Industry leaders? Yes. Look no further then the National Tiny House Jamboree which has drawn 60,000 people and is the industry-standard tradeshow. The team at EcoCabins were the inaugural founders, that means Sprout will have a big presence this year and in years to come. Reputation as #1 solidified!
5) Accessory dwelling untis (ADUs) are starting to be looked at as the easiest path for cities and states to address the affordable housing problem in their region. Pilot cities (such as LA) who are testing out changing ADU regulations are finding it to be a win-win for all parties involved.
To recap, by investing in Sprout you’re buying an ESG-friendly company that is doing social good for society by creating affordable housing communities.
A slow steady climb would be great. Maybe $5-6 a share?

I have been here since before the ticker change, I am enjoying that this is alive again. I think this would do even better with more information flow. The owner seems to be pretty good at what he does, just not good with the investor side of things.
