Heck yes, too expensive. Why not buy a really nice motor home? They are better constructed and you can move whenever you want.

I like this company but they will not sell too many homes for what they are asking. They totally missed the point of downsizing. Many more people downsize for price than for maintenance.

Come on company slash the price in half and grow the company.
