I am also requesting the 2nd Quarter filing from yesterday to be removed as it was not approved by myself or any other individual in our company. We are working on the filings currently and will get them posted ASAP.

Aron Brooks has been a contact and once I reach her I will let Pinksheets know where we stand in regards to future filings.

I would appreciate this filing being removed immediately as it has been the cause of much confusion with our shareholders and the company.

Look forward to speaking later. In the meantime, and further to our conversation earlier in the week, I can confirm that we have used 8 hours of helicopter time at Euros 1,100 per hour.



Therefore, the total that you kindly agreed to underwrite amounts to Euros 8,800 which equals $12,262 at today’s rate of exchange.



Obviously, we all hope that we can close the overall funding deal before the weekend and this becomes academic.
