Cat, respectfully, you may want to let this play out further before taking a definite stand. In the haste to get Owens to
send the shares to Mike a few pesky little legal datails MAY have been overlooked. Remember, Favata was the one to first go to Joe seeking help and "possibily" told/gave Joe more than he ever intended, in haste, never thinking it MAY bite him someday. Now Joe owns the rights to the 442.5 and the two notes (minus some holdbacks) and he knows/has everything Favata originally gave him.
Like him or Not, Joe knows this "end" of business and how should I say it..." He knows what he owns".. IMHO, defaulting on the $49,200 will go down as one of the costliest blunders of recent business history. Haste and sloppy legal work can be very costly.
I've never said anything about Joe being a builder but he is an expert liquidator and someone placed the keys to the MS castle into his happy little hands.. again, IMHO this not over by a longshot, possibily just beginning in the public venue.
Me thinks someone has done thier homework, and others, not..
It is ironic thats Jeff and Dean pushing the stockholder meeting was the justification for the R/S " that never would happen".
Example of unintended consequences of an action not well thought through.
