I am faxing the board resolutions and resignation letter that removed Bean Bradley from all positions with the company and its subsidiaries. I would like myself added to the Pink OTC listing as the main contact for Quasar and our Corporate Secretary, Tracy Rose added as a secondary contact. I am also requesting the 2nd Quarter filing from yesterday to be removed as it was not approved by myself or any other individual in our company. We are working on the filings currently and will get them posted ASAP.
Aron Brooks has been a contact and once I reach her I will let Pinksheets know where we stand in regards to future filings.
I would appreciate this filing being removed immediately as it has been the cause of much confusion with our shareholders and the company.
