Well EVRM fans, here's Syms first scam. A wonderful prelude of what's to come for you guys. At least this dog was finally put out of it's misery and removed from trading. Thank God. And to think Sym's bought this worthless scam (from himself) for 23 million. What a great investment for the EVRM shareholders!

Rabbit, SEVM has been a disgusting, disgraceful, and harmful investment. I have no sympathy for anything this company does, as they are, IMO, a complete scam!

Now that Richard is CEO and has control of SEVM stock, I would expect him to find a sponsoring MM, and get this off the grays.

For one thing, you are trading gray. Trades won't happen unless there is a matching buy/sell. We've seen a couple of those already. EVRM bought 80% of SEVM, so as far as I can tell you are a part of EVRM. If you were freely trading, it would be a different matter...but if you think about it, who would buy SEVM with no liquidity, when you can buy EVRM...and you get to participate in Biometrics side as well as STS. I think your shares are worth something...not sure what. You put them up for sale on the gray market, and you might get lucky...but if it was me, I would wait on clarity before doing that. Your shares may be worth more than you think. All IMO...and based PRs and common sense.

BTW, it appears to me after going over every thing is that your anger should be directed at alleged con-man Galpern:

He was the one who broke agreements and drove SEVM into the ground. It also appears, SYM and Weitzel never had control of SEVM stock, and therefore they merged with DYMH. Now they have control and you can see the results.

I love the 2 year old (must read) post, proving John Sym is a total liar. Not only did he do a massive reverse split (under another ticker name of STSM}, but he wiped out the old stock and started a new one called SEVM, which is now worthless (don't worry though, he's started up a third one now, EVRM). Not before he pr'd the old stock first, sold a ton of shares, than finally did their financials which showed that all of his pr's (new contract after new contract worth millions!), turned out to be complete lies. A very very similar pattern can be seen with his now 3rd stock, EVRM. The guy is consistant!!

Cheapo, everything is ok now. STS is going into business with itself. Therefore, all is well and all is legit. SEVM and EVRM are going to work together. Though they are the same company. So, it's been what, three months since a single share of SEVM has traded? I remember when this stock was .80 cents. Think of those poor slobs who had bought at those prices. Yikes! Sym, if you have any soul at all, you will make good on this and make up for the past. Doubt it.

Good news! Sym has bought some of his old company back with his new company! Wait, they are both the same company, but with 2 different tickers. Well, anyway. That's ok, he needs to raise cash somehow. Johnny states SEVM has tons of contracts and is bringing in millions, only problem is, there is zero proof of that. In fact, SEVM has not one contract/revenue being reported in years. Hmmm, bet the IRS is interested in that claim???? The last PR making that claim is being reported to the IRS. Just to see.
