JP is in the RE/EB5 arena as well as Commodity trading. The land is being targeted for housing for 2 factories which will create jobs for the city, county, state. EB5 programs get government and private funding. IF JP/SPZI has a management role, as well as a piece of the pie for contributing/developing the land, there will be monthly management fees, and hopefully appreciation of the RE asset from construction phase thru operations/rev/positive cash flow. The demand for the housing should be significant with the 2 factories nearby, both very significant companies building said factories.
My view is that JP is a "rainmaker", partnering his experience and contacts with experienced people in the commodity and real estate/education space. Execution will be the determining factor in the success of JP3e/SPZI. Hopefully we see shipping of the Chick paws very soon to validate the contracts, even if only small amounts to "test" the proverbial waters. PCAOB Auditor has been mentioned as well, yet not named as far as I remember.

My question remains the same. Do they retain the entire project and acquire investors and/or obtain debt to pay the $66 Million.
If they acquire investors, how much will that dilute the company's ownership? If they choose the debt route, as the project is to start very soon, have they secured financing? Will they sell parts of the project to 3rd party investors at a profit to cover the initial costs? I understand the project is to have a value of $192,000,000 upon completion, but what will be the company's share of that amount? There is a large difference between the company owning 100% or 10% These are all important questions to have an accurate valuation of this project. The project has to be funded in some manner

You speak as if you have knowledge of the relationship between JP/SPZI and Rocky, the management of the housing to support the employees of both facilities, as well as how SPZI may or may not benefit. You take the negative side only. Just another person from the "Dark Side" .
Why not wait for more info before implying that SPZI has no benefit from the deal, especially since from the announcement the funds are going to SPZI. True? I have no idea yet, and either do YOU, but I sure will not imply that it is BS or another "SCAM".

They plan to hold the property which will generate recurring revenues whilst enhancing the properties value. This property will be an asset on JP3Es books. They quoted a significant valuation for this property upon completion. This is how I interpret the press release. John Park is obviously a visionary and was able to secure this prime location next to a mammoth multi-billion dollar complex being developed. Hoping to see some details on other projects like this which they mentioned were coming..
This is the area of my confusion. If you own the property, develop it and retain ownership, (i.e. - you own it all) there is no profit from the development phase but there will be annual revenue from rents on the developed properties. If you own the property and develop it and then sell if off (i.e. - you sell everything for a profit), then there would be no annual revenue. With city, state and private investor money involved it seems there must be some hybrid plan if there is to be both an initial profit and an annual revenue stream,

There is a reference in an increase in asset value to the tune of more than 50 million dollars as far as I remember. But I am not sure if SPZI will own all the assets referred to. After all, the human asset will invest 5 million dollars himself. He will have some return on his investrment too I assume.
JP3E owns the land and will earn $14M a year after all expenses. This is net income, more than $1M per month. that's what they have told us. They are breaking ground next week... All the other finite details related to what electrician and plumber they will use, who will supply glass for the windows, what paving company will they use, which restaurants will be tenants etc... have not been disclosed... More info is coming on this project as well as other projects JP3E has..

I'm not sure I'm clear on the press release. The project is to include 500 apartments, 42 townhouses, 40 retails mixed usage and 100 keys of 4. This seems like a lot of development to fit into 23 areas. Are the 23 acres a part of a bigger development plan? Is this possibly this is the total for the entire project not just JP3e's 23 acreage?
Will most of the revenue come from the sale of the land for development? Will JP3E retain ownership of some of the properties and collect rents from some of the commercial buildings to account for the revenue figure of $14,000,000 annually once the project is developed?

If Rocky got some government money to build townhouses, then he's expected to spend it building those townhouses. He gets to keep whatever profit there might be on the construction. With government money, he doesn't need SPZI for anything and won't give SPZI anything, no reason to associate with a stinky pink scam at all. This is, as always, a stinky pink pump and dump broadcasting they're doing something that they're not. Even though the thing might be real, they aren't funding it or doing it, nor will they profit from it.

When would one normally expect to see an announcement from the State of Indiana or Kokomo city concerning awarded contracts ? I always thought contracts were awarded before public announcements, but I am unsure this is accurate. Do they typically wait until the public announcements are made? If so, what is the normal disclosure period?

If you read carefully, the land is already owned by JP3E so it was previously acquired and they just received $23M.. so they have $$$ to start the project with sales of properties expected to close in June (meaning more $ will be coming in). Don't forget they own CIG which is also a funding vehicle and to what degree they are involved is not known. It's safe to say funding is likely not an issue and Rockys personal investment eludes a lot of confidence...
Yes Rocky is real. I will try to find his realtor license. What would make this seem real is to publish what they are using to acquire these assets. They have no room in the OS

PR states across the street?. Since permits are done and that could take weeks I would assume the change of ownership should be reflected. The guy Rocky is a real DR in Ind and is CMO. John Park now has done business with the City of Kokomo Indiana, the State of Indiana, the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Government EB-5 Program and has a license, the US State Department of Agriculture, the Chinese Government, the ASEAN Economic and Trade Cooperation General Chamber of Commerce and I would go out on a limb to say so many more governmental agencies that we will likely see with additional announcements..

First, My thoughts about winning or losing is a little different than yours. I believe that in the end, we will win because of what SPZI/JP3E will transform into to where action will speak louder than any words being delivered here within this forum. Anything any of us posting here within this forum will have nothing to do with the success of SPZI/JP3E going forward. It never did. They don't need us or this forum to do what they are going to do to be very successful.
I'm not sure who you are referring to with your response. I responded to jdcpa1 who I believe is not a basher. Basher or not, I felt like responding to his post, so I did. If I choose to respond to him, then that is my choice. Whoever you chose to respond to, that is your choice, basher or not.
Respectfully, I'm a grown man, not a kid, and I can respond to whoever I choose to for my own personal reasons and liking as you have the same right to do regardless if they are a basher or not. I was sick, but I'm healthy now and if you look at my posts, I haven't responded to any bashers in a long while. I've said all that I have to say to them. For now I have to let them keep bashing and remain to be stuck on stupid. I've been doing this investing thing within these forums for over 30 years. I am very aware of the games. If I ever decide to respond to any basher going forward, that will be my choice for my own reasons. Chill out with that controlling talk. renaissance I am surprised about the same things. I wonder if those who buy this kind of stock are generally too ignorant about fundamentals to be able to assess the news. There have been lots of assertions by bashers that the information coming from the company is false. The new news is obviously not false. The information is about facts in the USA. It would be too stupid to claim this sort of cooperation with local authorities it the information had been false. Moreover, it is stated that work on the property will begin in a few days. It will presumably be easy to check it that happens or not.
I guess lots of bullish posts weeks ago were to try to pump the stock price. Now there has been no new information for some time and little to write about by longs who have given up pumping the pps.

The thing about doing business with government is that, generally speaking, things are done out in the open. An $ 18 million contract would have been discussed at several City of Kokomo meetings prior to an award. Since the announcement was made by SPOOZ today, one would think the contract award would appear on the agenda of the immediate prior meeting of the City Council.

Keep in mind that there is local and state government as well as private funding already in JP3Es bank which will be spent on property owned by JP3E that will generate $14M to the bottom line annually! This will also increase the value of the JP3E owned land significantly. This is as real as it gets imo...! Amazing and this is the first of more deals to come they stated!!!
They have almost $1B in commodity contracts already announced that command at least 18% gross profit! They stated they have a short term goal to grow this to $2.5B of business!!! Insane!!
