I am guessing you meant "wouldn't" not "would". Ok then WTF are you here? You are saintly and protecting the sheep from the wolves that are "scamming" all the dummy longs? When did you visit JP's headquarters in NJ to make comment that it is a "hole in the wall''" with a "lenovo" computer? Are you slighting Lenovo as well?

It is understandable that doubt is fair game when an OTC stock with 5.8 bb shares outstanding, and no viable business prior to the merger, becomes a viable business with multiple lines of business(as announced-NOT MY CALL) and potentially billions in revs overnight. YES it is easy to doubt, especially on the OTC. THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT A SCAM, OR AN INSTANT SUCCESS.

The proof will either be forth coming or it will not. The company has a MC of approx $44 million. Do you think the funds from the town and state of Indiana are lies? That would open the company up to much more serious regulatory issues than false statements about commodity contracts. Their corp atty(announce) is a Princeton undergrad and U of Penn Law grad. Does not seem to me that combination would tolerate total BS. Either would the State of Indiana.

Bash at your own risk, or the risk of scaring the crap out of the less experienced who might follow your condemnation. If you think that libeling someone has no consequences beyond your "pay to bash" you may well be sadly mistaken.
