Mr Smith "Will most of the revenue come from the sale of the land for development?" I don't think so. There is a reference in an increase in asset value to the tune of more than 50 million dollars as far as I remember. But I am not sure if SPZI will own all the assets referred to. After all, the human asset will invest 5 million dollars himself. He will have some return on his investrment too I assume.
