Agreed KELLY. Just as I suspect a very small portion of what was PR'd for AURC was indeed taking place (the geological report for instance) but it had nothing to do with anything that North American shareholders know, it was for PUMA. Only after being clearly busted did the 'players' backtrack and somehow connect it to Aurus for the benefit of it's 'shareholders'. Now the buyout, meeting, etc were all pure pink sheet pump and dump, but no doubt a very few of the things being PR'd may have been happening, they just had nothing to do with Aurus the 'longs' own. Or surely if they did I think you know that the Russians would quickly transfer anything of value out of 'shareholders' hands. Corrupt Russians aren't in the habit of giving value to North American 'financers' (LONG and STRONGS)...in the 'real' world.
As for me playing a vital role, if exposing the scam and not pretending it isn't what it obviously is makes me a player, so be it. I won't just sit there while pump and dump con artists sucker in more and more innocent investors and whistle as if the whole thing isn't happening. It's a truly sad state of affairs that somehow I'm the bad guy for pointing out scams and criminal behaviour but so goes the bizarro world of ihub.....
But I do have no doubt that the cons running these pump and dumps do play them both long and short. They make up the lie ie buyout etc, drive the price up and sell, then short it when it's obvious the amateur lie has been exposed and it's clear to most people not in fantasy land that they have been had. I think they actually want to appear more like bumbling idiots after shorting it for obvious reasons. There's no other excuse for the way they clearly leave shareholders out to dry. It's the pump and dump artists running the scams shorting it and doubling their money after quadrupling it+ on the way up. It's sad the authorities don't step in but it is what it is I guess...
As for Tony Papa I would compare it maybe to Al Capone. Didn't he in the end go to prison for tax evasion? It's the easiest crime to prove.

If there is any scam aspect of these companies you still play the most vital role for the perps.
And that is share retreival.
If you didn't assist in share retreival, then the company would have to continually dilute.
And at the levels these companies are trading, there is not a huge profit.
Shame on them for not doing a better job at public relations.
I reserve serious accusations for actual claims.
The only thing you do is try to keep the flipping revisited.
These pinks could be up to anything actually.
More likely using company funds to leverage deals for themselves.
An example would be the Parin Property deal PR'd by Amyot of ABVG.I checked into mining claims in Quebec and there was no claims in the company name past, present or pending.
I know you would interpret that as there was no deal.
I would interpret it as that the claim was in anothers name.
And that other was compensated.
And then the deal was not made use of.
I don't think all of the insiders are that stupid not to play CYA.
Now why do you think that the Canadian government says that Tony Pappa owes so much in taxes?
but AURC is a continuing enterprise working to improve upon matters caused by the Canadian crooks and their flunkies... So no matter how you try to weave your propaganda, the true longs still hold their share Longs... and thus causing grief for your handlers... I've been told big changes for the good for investors is coming... Good night Longs!
sometimes says
"IF AURC Longs were as vicious as you describe, Parkin would have been dead along time ago.... But he isn't... He's alive and well and apparently living the good-life from money he scammed off of investors in the various Russian stocks he evidently pumped and dumped... Furthermore, he's not even hounded with angry phone calls from irate bilked investors, as far as I know..."
Just as I said sometimes, not that I think anyone should be dead, but scammed pink sheet pump and dumpees don't have the balls to ever go after the ones who really ripped them off and lied to them, whether it be by legal means or whatever.
Instead the stucks misdirect their anger and whine about bashers and shorters while the actual ones who scammed their money laugh all the way to the bank. It's really quite pathetic. The 'longs' just hope and beg that the scammers will rinse and repeat one more time to let them out of their horrid loss with one last pump. It's truly sad.
For example look at KELLY with ABVG. He still isn't willing to face the obvious truth that he was scammed along with anyone else who believed DR's BS, instead making excuses for the company and blaming bashers and shorters. In the end just hoping one more pump will let him sell his position to someone more foolish than him. And he's a mild case. I actually do think he is smart enough to know what happened he just isn't willing to put all the cards on the table. At least he did make an effort with those letters, but again, it's like asking the mugger "did you accidentally take my wallet"
You missed out on hundreds of thousands of dollars if I'm not mistaken listening to 'pumpers' and planted insider posters in a couple of Russian scams. Don't hate the people who warned you just because you didn't listen. Hate and hound the people who lied to you, faked buyouts, faked production, faked everything under the sun and in the end left you holding an empty bag. Err wait, you don't even have a phone number for them either.....

So your lame excuse for not provided any verifiable evidence that you are nothing more than a tool (if not more) for the MMs/hedge funds which have been shorting/naked shorting AURC says more volumes about your true sordid intent than all your side-stepping denials will ever for establishing any positive credibility...
ANY reader familiar with Ihub or any other stock thread can easily recognize you for what you are... no matter how much you try to deny... and for the reason for your maintain your anonminity so steadfastedly... afraid of the law catching up with you someday.
haha, DOS this obsession really must stop. It's bordering creepy. No, I don't think it's a good idea to post my name and address on a message board. I'm pretty sure 98% of ihubbers feel the same way. But please continue with your apparent obsession with knowing my personal info if you must.
I'm sorry you got scammed. I just wish you would aim your anger at the right people. Doesn't it just make you feel all warm and fuzzy to know how much the Montreal crew made dumping shares to the longs based on all the lies that made up what is known as AURC? Haven't heard a peep of restitution from the Montreal gang have you? That's the beauty of running pump and dumps based on total lies and fake pumps. It's free money for those scummy enough to take part in them and those who get shafted never have the balls to go after the actual people who ripped them off, instead they whine about 'bashers', shorters etc., while the real crooks who perpetrated the scam laugh all the way to the bank with 'longs' money. If you ask me they belong in jail.
Sadly you still get mad at the people who were right from day one and attempted to show you the red flags. Sure it was an easy scam to spot and 'we' were right in every instance as the scam played out. Not sure why that makes you bitter and inventing all these conspiracy theories about 'bosses' and shorters, etc. Some people just like to warn people against getting ripped off by pathetically obvious scams. Some people like to try to sucker people into buying scams. I'm the first one by the way...no boss, no insider connections, no other aliases, never been short. Blah blah blah, what's the point, you believe in Aurus so common sense probably isn't your strong point.
BTW, this 'insider' you are in contact with...did they go with the dovgan_ru@gmail.com, fdovgan69@hotmail.com or what? The guy on the other end must be getting a good chuckle.

Everyone knows why you won't post your ID, so quit trying to make crap up. And the treats started with KCN, now bythepool1. He still posts what he believes to be SR's address in his bio as a "I know who you are" threat. It would not surprise me to one day find out that you, KCN, bythepool1, dumbindian, (did I miss any) are all the same person. That is the main reason you can't give your real name here, it would get your aliases kicked off and you would lose the illusion of being a larger number of "concerned" investors than you really are. One voice would not carry the clout you try to portray.

And still you refuse to give your real name and where you live?
Sadly on your side of the scam lurks scum DOS. Or are you unaware of 'problems' certain 'longs' 'threatened' other posters when they found out their names and businesses. Or did you miss all that stuff when the scum on your 'side' was attempting to put pressure on benz? Yeah, I want that type of scum knowing my name. Get real.
The thing is DOS, why are you so obsessed with finding out people's names and where they live? Not that your repeated juvenile attempts aren't amusing but really why? Oh, is it that lawsuit that you and some of the stucks were trying to get going against the 'bashers' but Matt wouldn't dilulge names? The funniest thing about this whole thing is you blame everyone but the real culprits. Too stupid to blame the criminals that ripped you off so you blame the ones who exposed the scam from day one.
So please DOS, stop obsessing with who I am. Sure you post who you are....nobody cares who you are. Your just a guy who gets ripped off in pump and dumps scams and can't come to grips and blame the ones who actually scammed you. You sure do seem to care who I am. Why? I didn't realize it was the smart thing to do to post your name and address on message boards....but thank you for the tip.

"Since we do not have any of the fears you have of going to jail one day for attempts at stock manipulation here."
Now that one was really funny. I was unaware that exposing pump and dump scams and challenging their lying endlessly and clear pump and dumps was a crime. Oh wait, we're in 'dreamland' aren't we? Sadly the remaining stucks listened to the DD of guys like you and BUDDY and are now poorer because of it. Many saw the huge red flags I pointed out and hopefully didn't hold on for the huge loss.
The good news? They may be in a cooling off period in an attempt to sucker in more suckers so you may indeed get some lame pinky merger or even another fake buyout. The bad news, most of the suckers have already lost so much money they don't have any more to invest. You can only go to the well so often and Aurus ran it dry about a year ago.
And still you refuse to give your real name and where you live? That says it all, people know who not to believe. By the nature of what you do you can not add anything real here, just what the boss allows. Must suck to be you.

LMAO DOSuccess!!! I said "I don't doubt you are fairly successful"...trying to be nice. Meaning you have enough money to provide for your family, you probably own your own trailer and maybe even a beat up pick up truck when you tractor breaks down. The dreaming comment was about you trying to portray that you are very successful, insinuating you actually have a lot of money by the average persons standard. The truth is you don't regardless of your light show, Santa costume and soap shop. "I own more businesses than you have changes in underwear (by the way DOS, most people have more than 5 pairs of underwear), and each and every one of them makes me a damn good living. And I just started a new one, Laser shows,(over $250,000 system and I paid cash, zero debt) and in less then two weeks time I have over $150,000 worth of work lined up for the next 10 months." Nice of you to say how much the system is 'supposedly worth' that you paid cash (not how much mind you of course, and then some fantasy about the business you have lined up for the next 10 months. The funny thing is it appears Aurus' versions of truths have clearly starting to rub off on you.

Take it easy on the Kid.
You are embarrassing him and his couple hundred dollar swindle.
He learned it here ,I am sure.
That is the main difference between you and guys like me and Sometimes_Right, we are not ashamed or afraid to post our real names and locations here on I-Hub. Since we do not have any of the fears you have of going to jail one day for attempts at stock manipulation here. We have a clean reputation and everything we say can be verified. First you said I was dreaming, now you say you don't doubt it, one of those two times you lied.
DOS
Actually DOS, I don't doubt you are fairly successful. It's your need to blow your own horn that makes me chuckle. Reminds me of your IQ posts way back.
Not even close to as much as sometimes-right's need to always link everything to his 'famous' relatives (now that is seriously hilarious) but still kind of funny.
I do have to kind of question the "over $250,000 system and I paid cash, zero debt" statement but whatever. I'm assuming you didn't pay even close to that...but you never really said you did so no need to elaborate on the details.
Anyone who believes some of Aurus' lies I would guess probably would have been relieved of his $quarter million by some con artist years ago
Me and the woman were actually thinking about visiting Mackinac Island after seeing it in an episode of 'Dirty Jobs' last year. Looked quite spectacular and a great vacation spot.
Here is a small piece of one of the shows I run, a tourist took it and posted it on u-tube. It's not the best camera work, but you can almost see the show.
Not dreaming, I have real income. Come visit my store anytime. I also run the Laser Show here in Mackinaw City every night. County Fairs, 4 th of July events, ect pay $10,000 for a one night show, a little research online will prove this out, if you know how. If you hurry you can even see my Laser and other equipment as it is currently in my store, just let me know it's you and I will gladly show it to you. It is a white light Laser so it projects full color after going through an electronic device that breaks out the color you ask for. Computer controlled mirrors draw animations and also fill the sky with an incredible show. I have two fog machines that run off CO2 and fog fluid to fill the sky with smoke to make the laser beams light up the night sky. The only other guy that does this with in 3 states is booked for the next three years. My laser puts out 18 watts at 40 amps and can burn a hole clean through your hand. After the color of choice is broke out and it comes out the mirrors it is safe and wont hurt you as long as the scanners keep it moving. They can paint 6000 frames a second! Stop by and I will give you a free demo. Just ask anyone in Mackinaw City where to find the Soap Man.

You are as dumb as they come. For starters I am not a uupper, even my store is under (south of) the bridge, so that makes me a troll in your limited vocabulary. I make more money in one day in my "trinket" shop as you call it, than you make all year bashing stocks. I own more businesses than you have changes in underwear, and each and every one of them makes me a damn good living. And I just started a new one, Laser shows,(over $250,000 system and I paid cash, zero debt) and in less then two weeks time I have over $150,000 worth of work lined up for the next 10 months. If you had any cash you could hire me, but seeing I have talked to you on the phone when you called yourself KCN, I know your broke.
So have a good day (if you know how) and stop wasting your time trying to let SR and me think you know where we live, we would love for you to come visit.

had that board marked this morning now its seems to be gone.
Pharmacom Biovet board has been created .
I did not phrase that properly.
The state that the main office is originally incorporated in is the jurisdiction state of the main office.
Any state they have a physical base of operations they are registered as a foreign entity.
Kellstrom Industries is an example even though an older one.
The state that the main office is the jurisdiction state.
Any other they have a base of operations they would register as a foreign entity.Trademarks are a seperate issue.
How about you put it to the test ?
Use any retailer chain store name and check a couple of states that you know they have outlets.
In your theory you would only find Walmart registered in Arkansas.
Sometimes 26 stories are just 26 stories.
Other times they are so much more.
completely incorrect. Corporations ONLY register(incorporate) in one state. They need a local (city, or county) business license in each locality in which they have a physical presence (i.e. a storefront.) That is why there is a thing called a trademark, so you can protect your business name across state lines. There is not a SINGLE company doing business that is incorporated in more than one state. You may have several corporations in different states with similar or indeed duplicate names.
Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies...
Fleetwood Mac
I see you guys need some help with your Pharmacom research.
Corporations should be registered in every state they are in business.
Seeing as the business in question has a physical outlet (clinic).
This would apply.
If you want to take the time to check all states.
You would then know what states the clinics are going to be established in.
I have in the past researched companies in this manner.
I was going to create a piece of software that would perform an all states search.
They know how,who and when.
They basically don't agree with the tactics employed.

How many people know that 10% ownership can file for dissent in a Nevada Corporation ?
http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-092A.html#NRS092ASec300
And the company must buy the shares at fair market value.
NRS 92A.320 “Fair value” defined. “Fair value,” with respect to a dissenter’s shares, means the value of the shares immediately before the effectuation of the corporate action to which he objects, excluding any appreciation or depreciation in anticipation of the corporate action unless exclusion would be inequitable.
(Added to NRS by 1995, 2087)
There is no doubt that alot of people were upset when Dan Ryan of ABVG pr'd that the company was buying back shares up through .09 from the public market and then pr'd he had aquired shares privately to meet the share goal.
Sometimes 26 stories are just 26 stories.
Other times they are so much more.
So what happened to ABVG's fundraiser Pharmacom Biovet ?
I do realize that the word expect was used and it was not definite that the deal would close on July 31.
What I am wondering is if this new deal was an excuse to change share structure.
It should have been changed when Dan announced that 10 million shares were issued for the first Russian deal.
Anyhow,It is first harvest of my garden and we have plenty of fresh peas, beans, potatoes and broccoli. What we are missing is the lobster bought with capital gains.

It's funny how they can't seem to out smart the law though? I don't mind them being so smart as it gives me job security! ;)
It would go against everything they believe. They are thieves, common thieves, and they have no intention of giving back what they believe they have already successfully stolen.
But common thieves end up in common lockup, with Bubba.

Why don't these guys that are short just buy back in now before it's too late? The Price is cheap and to cover here would be the smart thing for them to do! Once major news is released it will be too late for them imo.
They need to make more than pennies so they can afford to short the big boards. The losers here are nickel and dime. Besides most here count on never having to cover, on the big boards you are forced to play fair. Their biggest mistake here was shorting mining companies, they can't make their reserves disappear. They have no doubt spent the cash long ago and are now in a do or die situation. So they "do" bash, in the end they will fail and have leaned a big lesson, never short a mining company with millions or billions of reserves. AURC is right back where it was before the big pumpers dumped, these small time guys missed the boat.

Nice post Moldy! I agree with you 100% on AURC as it's far from being Game Over!
I also believe AURC is far from being a scam! Many will be kicking themselves when the market is proven wrong and AURC catches everyone by surprise!
Some of you claim to do it for entertainment.
I would say that some get an extra commission at their sales job
AKA money laundering.
I'm sure they all think it is unprovable.
So,Where did you go for vacation last year?
Well if people do get paid to Bash stock I'm sure they don't make much at all. So 3 X not much at all = A life living in the boonies. Thats the ladder to fortune for some I guess.
