So what happened to ABVG's fundraiser Pharmacom Biovet ?
I do realize that the word expect was used and it was not definite that the deal would close on July 31.
What I am wondering is if this new deal was an excuse to change share structure.
It should have been changed when Dan announced that 10 million shares were issued for the first Russian deal.
Anyhow,It is first harvest of my garden and we have plenty of fresh peas,beans,potatoes and broccoli.What we are missing is the lobster bought with capital gains.
