I started buying this one around .03 because the float is relatively low and because Lazar is holding 102MM of the O/S.

O/S: 176MM
FLOAT: 9.8MM

Means he will either retain a large chunk of ownership or cancel his shares - which would mean the O/S is actually 74MM.

I think she should have legs to move north of dime.

Will be interesting to see what happens next week.

Yeah. I saw that in the chart. The float must be very locked up.

You see L2 jumps from .04 to .078 then to .28 (!). Nothing much in-between.

Completely agree! I was in this last year and it moves on air. Even quicker than past Lazar tickers with lower floats like $MSHFQ and $IDAD to name a few. That said I’m throwing up a stink bid at .02 lol.

Nice to see. I've owned this one for a while, and nothing ever happens. Keep thinking Lazar will find a company to merge in any day, but days turn to weeks turn to months lol. I'll just patiently hold until it happens, but would be nice if it's fairly soon
