$VDPH...3/9/2020, Filing with NV SoS to increase A/S from 200M to 500M...3/10/2020, Designation filing with NV SoS to designate 495M as Common and 10M as Preferred. Watching for TA to update OTCMkts with new SS. I'm anticipating we will be seeing new company updates to NV SoS and OTCMkts soon as well.
