The only kicker is this has the potential to go $.25+ with pretty much ease. A float under 5 million means this can go way way way up in price.

Took my initial buy in out the rest was gains... now riding free money for the ject play.

That being said this is still a longer term hold for the biggest payout I'm just exiting a little early to catch the next plays early on.

Sept 30th Share Structure update again on OTCMarkets - being updated weekly at this point very good sign.

5,000 shares (not 10,000 now like last week) are driving the bid down.

If these are notes it would of been a portion of the shares being sold in float not dropped on the big like that - IMO most of these shares are between MMs swapping small lots to pick up bigger chunks of retail shares before the pop.

This will come through with filings a little after like 3 of CRGE probably or possibly on the same week but not that much after.

We'll get news here probably after CRGE gets taken care of. Hold your shares and be patient for another 2 weeks. I will be buying more right before news drops if possible. (Need to wait a week until I free up some funds). I'll post of and when I increase my VDPH shares :) but don't wait for me because PPS will be over .10 by EOW on the bid we have more than 10,000 shares bought from retail.

MM are spoofing the bid here to get cheaper shares from retail... Lazar's share drop is tapering or ended and MM are trying to cover lower PPS lots in their inventory. :) Good to be alive and owning this stock IMO.

If under 1 million when financials hit this is going over a dollar IMO - more likely we re at/around 4M which will bring us to 50 cents IMO. We will see how retail reacts to financials in the next couple of weeks or less. I am SUPER excited VDPH can be a game changer for me this year.

He has 60 days from Form 15 filing and usually gets it done sooner. No retail is not selling... Only 3 1000 blocks sold and bought mirroring L2 MM lots. If you read my post I think Lazar would max out float to around 4 million worst case scenario and closer to 2.5 medium case scenario so we are in a good place. There are RM plays with over 10 times our float trading at and over a dollar. People need to understand how fast this one can and will move IMO. He will have to sell to a company interested in uplisting if he is smart due to SS and Market cap potential. If that is the case VDPH will be a longer term hold for us as opposed to exit around/after RM breakout.

Impatient retail is selling. I just don't get it... when the filings start to hit with the Annual Reports and then the Attorney letter this will fly in share price just like the rest of the Lazar shell plays. We know it's coming soon since he filed a Form 15 recently.

The current share price is a steal especially considering the float will end up being reported just shy of 4 million shares.

Yes the prior notes are not legally valid that is why Lazar picked up some Qs (companies/tickers post bankruptcy after their existing notes got discharged) different scenarios but same outcome with these older shells.

No they don't. Lazar usually gets shells where notes are no longer valid, as in contracts have lapsed or not valid with change of executives. The shares dropped were the ones Lazar made when he took over shell and those are minimal. I read the prior filings and those old notes are not on our books.

A Shell Stock (Shell Company) is a public company that no longer has any business operations. It retains its capital structure and public trading status with the intention to complete a reverse merger with a non-public company with an on-going business. This merger creates a new company that is both publicly trading and generating revenues. There are many reasons why a Shell Stock exists in the first place, but most commonly they either lost the business due to a bankruptcy, or just sold or closed it.

The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), in Rule 12b-2, defines a "Shell Company" as "a registrant with no or nominal operations and either no or nominal assets, assets consisting solely of cash and cash equivalents, or assets consisting of any amount of cash and cash equivalents and nominal other assets." Previously, the SEC referred to a Shell Company as a Blank Check Company.

Why would a private company with an on-going business want to reverse merge into a Shell Stock? The goal of the private company is to become a public company. There are many benefits in becoming a public company. The traditional method of becoming a public company, via an IPO (Initial Public Offering) can be very expensive and time consuming. Becoming public via a reverse merger is less expensive and much quicker.

I'll probably buy more on Friday if there is any selling pressure (no one is selling just MMs wanting your shares and sometimes Lazar dropping a few notes when buying picks up to pay himself for shell costs). I'll play with limit orders on Friday while I check out L2 to get a better understanding of things regarding SS and ticker.

I believe $VDPH is the lowest float shell Lazar currently available in his library. No doubt there will be a strong motivation to prioritize getting this one current over other shells in his library.

With up to date filings this will be over $.25 with ease.

3000 shares on the bid brought it down. Look at L2 lol, 3 1,000 lots dropped while other MM has those on ask to pick up lol. Don't give them your shares. Also remember 60 days deadline since Form 15 dropped that can bring us well into Mid October before hearing anything even though I think we will get financials by end of September if Lazar is happy with how many notes he converted here.

Another 10,000 block on the Bid (30,000 total in three MM "sales" on Bid). MM want your shares!!! IMO Lazar should be finishing or finished with his notes this or next week so you won't see big gaps in Bid Ask just lot changes on bid mostly with smaller lots coordinated by MMs
