During the three months ended March 31, 2021, no shares of common or preferred shares were issued by the Company.

I think the outstanding shares and the float are great. I’m concerned about the increase of the authorized shares from 500 million to 2 billion authorized under Hicks.

2 billion is a lot of shares when you only have 390 million outstanding, especially with all the dirty financing, dilution, and self dealing in the OTC. I’m sure Tony Hicks could have went that route, but fortunately he didn’t.

I believe authorized shares prior to Tony were 500 million, I see the need for more authorized shares and financing, but 2 billion screams a potential dilution otc scam to me.

Also add a reduction to the A/S for investor confidence. 2 billion leaves more room for dilutive games then it does for legitimate financing.

I'd love to see some form of share reduction that does not include a Reverse Split. No matter how confident Terry is this is still OTC land and R/S are always in play. Hope not but........

BTW - I did not discuss share structure with him. Saving that and a few other things for another conversation.

Brooks will be in the C Suite as well.

I'd like to see them lure someone from a large companie's C Suite and make that person the CEO. I think if you get someone to give of a big gig with a well known company it would speak volumns.

Why do you believe you can come up with the necessary financing to obtain "proof of concept"when Berry hasn't been able to the last 5 years and Hick et al failed over the last two?

They have a Proof of Concept Agreement in place in Texas and we should be seeing something about it soon. But I agree and with you and we knid of touched on it but I will ask a little more about that..

If there are so many other technologies out there already infringing of Berry's technology why haven't ANY LAWSUITS been filed against them?

Yes on the infringments but chasing lawsuites is time and money so just like Tony said in the April Zoom Call(I think it was that call) they will chase those in time but right now getting money in the door is more important.

That is exactly how I feel, it is HUGE.

Before the call I read every filing and news release for the past 4 years and I had evrything in front of me and the things I wanted to ask and he had the right answer for everything.

We discussed how he and his Private Equity firm and partners got involved and how people like Patel and lee failed and how Tony failed.

Next up is for me to read the 10K's and get the finances in my head to make sure there are no land mines out there.

I had a nice conversation with Terry Stein last night and he was very open and generous with his time and we spoke for about 50 minutes.

The main take aways were:

• SRT is alive and well and Terrance is fully on board.
• Like he has done in the past he and his partners have engaged a new accountant and auditor and they are actively working to get all filings complete and up to date to be 15C2-11 compliant.
• Hope to have everything caught up soon and would like to return to trading in September.
• SRT came to them because Terrance and Tony were and are still friends.
• They had to call in the note because Tony and team were just not getting it done, business is business kind of thing.
• There was indeed a signed contract with Ennis-Flint and when PPG took them out they wanted control of SRT but PMPG said no and walked away.
• They have few other deals coming that will operate under the PMPG Holding Co umbrella.
• Many entities have expressed an interest in SRT
• One of the things I liked the most is that Jeffery Brooks is still on board and he will have a roll in the C Suite.
• Terry feels SRT and the SRT data are a billion dollar deal.

I told him I would not bug him but he said I could call him any time so I am working on my next round of questions so let me know what you have. I guess anyone could track him down if you wanted to and I do not mind being the liaison with him so he isn’t getting pestered by a group.

Treat OTC stocks as they should be treated. They are all garbage and that's why you get big returns on a select few. The rest are just trash and trade them when they move up. We don't know what PMPG is yet. I do know who holds the cards though and that's all I need to know.

Yes on the GME/AMC short as I was in on that. The PMPG-EF-PPG timeline seems to go like this:

11.30.20 PPG announces its buying E-F
12.24.20 PPG closes purchace of E-F
12.29.20 PMPG annouces FAST protocal and they "expect" LOI with E-F.

I just had in my mind that PMPG announced they they had something going with E-F to manufacture SRT BEFORE the PPG announcement.

Timeline help needed.

I am trying to build a timeline of all filings and news releases and I have a gap in late 2020 regarding the Ennis-Flint LOI and PPG's purchase of E-F.

PMPG had a news release on 12.29.20 regarding FAST and that they "expect" to have LOI with E-F and I thought the E-F news predated the PPG purchase. However, PPG announced they were buying E-F on 11.30.20 and they completed the acquisition on 12.24.20.

What am I missing?

The address thing is puzzling to me as every filing used that address, the promissory notes used that address, the JV with SmartRoad Turtles LLC used that address. The address is an office share space and someone has been paying the rent on that office/PO Box for something like 17 years. The address is not Terry's address as he uses a Washington state address. Might be nothing at all, I find it intriging

Terry was the custodian of PMPG and sold it to Tony and his team when they came into the shell a few years ago. So thats why address is the same. Terry took back ownership when Tonys team defaulted on a loan.

Many twitter bots monitor changes to various items on otcmarkets for all stocks such as management and share structure, when the bot sees a change it is tweeted out. Below is a example when pmpg went to expert market because they were delinquent.

Inquiring minds

Inasmuch as we are off to a new start I reviewed the past couple of years and I have a few questions that maybe someone can answer.

1. The very first PMPG 8K was filed on 12/25/05 and its address was 6303 Owensmouth Ave in Woodland Hills CA, and every single filing since then has used the same address, including the 07/08/22 Notice of default.. What is the significance of this address?

2. Jeffery Brooks joined PMPG on 02/12/21 in an 8K but his departure was never included in any future filing and it seemed like a good addition. How did we find out that he leftf and why?

3. The Ennis-Flint deal was not in any filing that I have read. How did we find out about it? If it was never part of a filing was it ever real.

I am going way back in reviewing all the available information as I need to know what the issues were/are and how they will affect Terry Stein going forward.
