Why do you believe you can come up with the necessary financing to obtain "proof of concept"when Berry hasn't been able to the last 5 years and Hick et al failed over the last two?

They have a Proof of Concept Agreement in place in Texas and we should be seeing something about it soon. But I agree and with you and we knid of touched on it but I will ask a little more about that..

If there are so many other technologies out there already infringing of Berry's technology why haven't ANY LAWSUITS been filed against them?

Yes on the infringments but chasing lawsuites is time and money so just like Tony said in the April Zoom Call(I think it was that call) they will chase those in time but right now getting money in the door is more important.
