I believe it is, however there are many sections and I am not real familiar with the specific ones that are checked off on this particular filing and exactly how that relates to a possible merger.

I did some DD on Doug Davis last evening...He has quite a resume..I like the potential here based on some of the other companies he has affilations with and where they are trading. Suite 400 Richmond BC V6X 3M1 Canada, when you google this address your get Key West Global Communications and KPMG.

KMPG is a large auditing firm. Why would KMPG Canada file a 15-12G for Powerchannel a New York/Delaware company, makes no sense imo!

This makes more sense:
