This just makes sense if you put 2 and 2 together imo!

Why would a company from NY (PowerChannel) use a large auditing firm KPMG from Canada to file the 15-12G??? Then have the same address of a company Key West Global Communications) that looks to be going public with it Invester Relations coming soon on the website!
