Suite 400 Richmond BC V6X 3M1 Canada, when you google this address your get Key West Global Communications and KPMG.

KMPG is a large auditing firm. Why would KMPG Canada file a 15-12G for Powerchannel a New York/Delaware company, makes no sense imo!

This makes more sense:
