I would agree with your post however if you see it selling rapidly, an order for more should be Top priority. So what stops a larger order, Would it be money or lack of credit or an oversight? Today's PPS movement forecast ??

So we have VNDM waiting patiently on the ask @ .0680 and occasionally C/R-ing to .0700 with the 10Ks.

Anyone not looking at L2 would see two mini-walls @ .0659 and .0660. .0659 are CSTI and ETRF total order qtys summation, not MMs known for manipulation and are MMs that commonly answer the call for TDAmeritrade. .0660 is NITE and CDEL. CDEL usually answers the calls for joe-schmoes but NITE likes to play with their own money. We also have some ppl with small lmt orders trying to scoop up @ .0610, .0621, .0625. Guess is we hit .0610/.0611/.0625 around lunchtime and then hug .0660 towards the close, pretty much following NITE on the direction guessing.

Agreed flo. The ups and downs.. and downs again are all part of the penny land. I believe we should be much much higher then 6 or 7. Flip of the coin at this point. I only say this because of the behind the scene things we are not privy to. I have seen this and been in this position before. Some I’ve made loot and some... well the price went to so many zero’s over night and the company’s name turned into a number LOL I’ve lost it all. But! Let's analyse for a second, is having product shortages due to high demand a good thing to have or a bad thing to have? if it's a bad thing to have then TESLA stock would cost pennies right now and look at them, is one of the hottest companies in the world, they are always behind production because of the high demand, we have the same issue which I believe is being addressed by the company. Before Diamond CBD was acquired, the annual sales was $1.6M in 2016.

After Diamond CBD was acquired in Jan. 2017, the annual sales will be $15M in 2017.

Dr Richard Goulding our CEO has been a physician since 1980 and has been very busy with his own medical practice and becoming specialized in ENT (Throat Nose Ear) I don't know how many of you have had loved one go through medical school, but I can tell you its brutal and leaves no time for anything else.

Specially when specializing, Our CEO has been very busy with his own life and achievements since 1980, and I'm sure has made a ton of money as a physician, why would he bother with $10K in 1986 when he is already making $30k-45K per surgery?

All this talk about brothers are nonsense, show me proof that they are even brothers!!!!

Link our CEO to anything other than assumptions? Just because they have the same last name, it does not make guilty as charged!

It seems to me that our CEO went his own separate way from the very beginning, his name would have been in the documents if there was any involvement.

I just can't believe that $POTN would tank their own sales and momentum at this stage of the game. I also can't fathom why anyone would sell their shares at this point either??? I raised concerns about the hurricane slowing down production and I have to say I'm leaning towards sales since that beyotch Irma being less than what is projected.

Some serious questions here. I'm not selling my shares yet. Even if there is a hiccup in sales and revenue due to production issues related to the hurricane, my feeling is it's only temporary, it leads me to believe that the sales will be lower for The period immediately after the hurricane until about 2 or 3 weeks ago. They just need to be ready for California come January.
Need those Audited fins asap to allay investor concerns.

Thanks. You are spot on IMHO, California should be a game changer. I am quite confident in POTN, just once bitten by these guys, twice shy......I would feel horrible if they bit me again. The big block seller has me spooked, I must admit. But, I think this is a new ballgame and the August and September numbers and/or any audit news would settle a ton of nerves. I don't recognize Goulding from the past and did not find much on him yet. I expected a pop today, not a dark red day, so my tree was shaken a bit, but back on track!

Monte, someone is doing everything they can to get the last cheap shares they can and unfortunately they succeeded today. Everyone has being waiting for a mayor catalyst and maybe, just maybe California will be the beginning of something huge, that's why I keep remanding you how many days are left for us to get there. Whenever I feel the urge to sale I just remind Myself how long I've being around and how close we are of the major breakthrough. I would never forgive myself if I was able to spot the golden opportunity and then let it go. Now, based on Bull's post it seems the financials are late for a reason. I agree completely with you Monte, all those same thoughts have run hrough my head as well. The celebrity endorsements definitely gave me confidence, but celebrities have been burned on investments before too... this is really tough for me because I believed in the company so much and felt it could bring me some wealth. I may buy back in if it dips low enough.

Well said Frank. I think we are at a crossroads. I was here and suffered the 1000/1 RS that screwed me. I need .60+ to break even with those shares. Seeing the same names from then, (read CV) and their track record gives us longs some pause and caution..... screw me once.........

But, like you mentioned. We have two celebs who have signed on, and there are clearly big sales going on from a real company that merged into our stinky failure.

My only real cause for the caution is there have been big block dumps every day, especially on news events. Today was a great example. At least 9 huge dumps for a couple of million shares. POTN said in the CC that they are not diluting. So, who is selling so many shares??? The old players??

If POTN is continuing with great sales, and truly is doing an audit, we are golden IMHO.
If POTN is ran buy the old guard, we may go nowhere.

I sold my 235k position today. Something in my gut just didn't feel right. Very skeptical of the management here. Tried doing some DD on the new CEO and did not like what I found (well, what little of it I could find). All of the companies he's been associated with have gone under or are trading flat. An individual composed a post earlier raising questions about this new CEO and his brother and I found some info stating that his brother was charged with something close to money laundering. It may have not have been his brother but he was a lawyer and had the same name that the individual who posted claimed. That somewhat helped verify what he claimed. On top of that, sketchy individuals like Gary Blum and CV add to my worries. This stock has been my baby the past year and it pains me to sell but it simply wasn't worth the risk any more IMO... I closed my position up 3k at least. This was the one and only OTC stock I've ever invested in, and it's probably going to remain that way. I'm only 20 y/o and I stuck every penny that I've saved over the past 6 years from working into this thing. If the numbers are true and the management remains ethical there will be great profits here for some of you. I seriously hope you guys make a fortune off of this thing. As for me, I'm going to begin investing in stable dividend growers. Thank you WIC, JB, Florida investor, and many others! I've learned a great deal from reading your posts over the past year.
