How do you even know what kind of relationship these brothers have together?

It seems to me that our CEO went his own separate way from the very beginning, his name would have been in the documents if there was any involvement.

I'm sure he was investigated by the feds extensively and found innocent, IMO

Many good people have family members that are not honest!

How do we know that they are even brothers? Are you guys just going by their last name?
