LOL CV has been promising audited fins since James Wright took over as CEO and every CEO since. We already know how badly POTN fudged all their numbers for Sunrise. All the 1.6M in revenue month after month until everyone found out Sunrise Auto mall had been shut down for months. As they say history repeats. Its just a lot easier to fudge numbers if no real audit is done. However it is smart to dump shares at this point if you were lucky enough to buy large amounts of shares in the trips after the split and before CV could dream up his next gig. Why are you so worried about MMs? let them do what they have to do and focus on fundamentals. If the company continues to increase sales then confidence among investors will continue to rise and will obliterate the MMs positions or you think that POTN selling 5 million dollars per month in the near future will cost the same 0.06 with the same share structure? wouldn't you try to buy more? do you thing big investors won't jump in to push the stock forward? MM's tried to sell all their shares around the 6's and brought this stock to as low as 4's after the high run of 9's. This went on for months. Volume was quite low around this time.

Now MM's brought the PPS to high 6's, low 7's. The PPS is hitting 6's more than 7's since the new PPS 'adjustment'.

Do you remember when Demi moore got intoxicated with some sort of inciense? That product was in very high demand and some supplier keep trying to sell it to me, I knew it was a gray area product and my decision was to ban it from my stores, I assume there are lots of business owners in Cali that think like me but they won't hesitate for a second to put CBD for sale as soon as the states backs the products up.

Sorry I didn't take the time to answer again but I was busy. I have some convenience stores in Florida and as you said CBD is legal in all 50 states, however DEA just said CBD is also illegal by their standards which puts CBD in a gray area, as a store owner I wouldn't put my stores at risk by sellind an item that is in a gray area, however I would be the first one to put it in the shelves if the state backs me up. Unfortunately I will have to wait until Florida takes the same stance as California, but they won't have to wait much longer.

First, once it becomes legal by the states laws more retailers that today see CBD products as a gray market will start to bring our products into their stores; and second, CBD is the only substance that is legal at this point since its the medicinal part of marijuana, THC which is the recreational part of it is not, what do you think will stop diamond CBD from making a new line of products to reach this market since its a byproduct of the raw materials they are already using? I'm going to share a real story with you guys, the first time I bought POTN the share was at 4.3 cents, it went down to 3.3 and I bought a larger amount because I had no doubts about the company, it went down to 2.1 cents and I decided to buy even more, explosion was imminent, it continue to go down and at 1.8 cents explosion occured, it went flying to 9.95 cents in no time and I sold for 6.6 cents average, when my average cost was around 3.2. I got back in the game at an average of 6.2 and trust me, I believe I got my shares way to cheap, this stock bellow 0.20 is a freaking steal and we will see it in the near future, or at least that's what I think.
