Oh!! And I forgot to mention! This was a post by someone on the yahoo board, haven't had time to look it up and verify its accuracy yet though:

"There will be no longer be monthly financial reporting going forward. They now have independent auditors and must report on a quarterly basis. They have 45 days after closing to report quarterly financial data per SEC rules. So expect Q3 numbers to be released no later than Nov. 14th."
