As of 28 April 2011, PHILAND Vietnam Ltd. (“PHILAND”) has successfully acquired the Decision 120/QD-KTM, issued by the Authority of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone, regarding the 23.55 ha land area at Tam Quang Commune, Nui Thanh District, Quang Nam Province, Vietnam, leased to PHILAND for the construction of Phase 1 of Pointe91 project.

Upon this Decision, a Land Lease Contract shall be entered into between and by PHILAND and People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province; based on which the Certificate of Land Use Right shall be granted.

The aforementioned Decision was obtained via restlessly efforts and a lasting series of formality including the issuance of Certificate of Investment specifically for Pointe 91, the reporting of environmental impact assessment, the process of marking, measuring, and geographically positioning the area in question, and the submission of feasibility study.

As soon as the Certificate of Land Use Right gets secured, the construction shall commence. The ground breaking ceremony is expected to be held soon.

PHILAND Vietnam Ltd. is open to potential projects in Vietnam and shall utilise its offshore platform, which is PHILAND RANCH, to raise needed capital and to deploy sources of trusted funds effectively and efficiently into such projects.
