Philand Ranch intends to provide better quality healthcare and advance the PHI Medical brand for hospitals, walk-in clinics, diagnostics centers,
pharmacies, and medical transportation and to build medical campuses as part of its master planned communities.

Until now affluent patients must look to neighboring countries for adequate healthcare otherwise not available in Vietnam since most hospitals were built more than half a century ago. The new facility will provide 220 beds, 160 staff, growing revenues and profitability.


PHI Medical Ltd., a Singapore public company and wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, is in the process of acquiring two Vietnamese hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City as a platform to provide healthcare services in Vietnam.
The Company will continue to acquire additional independent operators, engage in strategic alliances, and build new medical parks in conjunction with Philand Ranch Master Plan. PHI Medical will also launch a regenerative medicine research and therapy and provide support for the Company’s medical tourism program.




Philand will build and operate ancillary facilities that provide complimentary services, such as:
? Walk-in clinics and urgent care centers
? Training and rehab centers
? Imaging centers and medical transportation
? Laboratory services and pharmacy
These components will be the basis by which PHI Medical will perfect the basic healthcare network in terms of infrastructure, equipment and staff.
