as far as i know the LUR is the key to all.
the audit is ready to sign but needs the LUR to be completed.
when the LUR is granted the auditors sign everything and then PHILand can activate the GEM funding for $50 million and upgrade PHILand listing in germany and complete the dual listing in US.
